I have been locked out of my account sense April 1925 it is now October 1925 I’ve been trying for a solid 13 days talking to him every day to try to get my account back. I have sent my driving license state issued. I have talked. I have sent everything they wanted I’ve done everything they wanted and only thing I can get is the next 24 hours now they’re telling me it’s gonna be 30 days now because it’s going to internal review. I didn’t know I was a criminal never been treated this way. I understand that they need to take care of Amazon and they say they’re trying to take care of me and I get that but how much does it take for somebody to call every day and give them everything they need but the only thing I hear is I’m sorry this is the only thing I can do is I’ve done everything to my ability of what I can do. Don’t bother chatting or calling customer service because you’ll only get off shore agents who don’t understand or don’t know how to help you. They have a script and will leave you feeling worse than before you spoke to them. Amazon has No Corporate Customer Service to help, everything goes off shore. I’m starting to look for other vendors to keep from using Amazon. Customers built Amazon and now the founder only wants to leave the planet with all the billions us customers foolishly gave him.
