These workers have no clue what they're doing. If you want cold food, a long line because they messed up and not being able to get your order right at the drive thru, you've came to the right place. The doors are locked so you can't even go In to get your order corrected which means longer drive thru lines for people who have cut to get their order fixed or people who have to repeatedly check their order or tell them what they did wrong. I went today. Saw one person come out of their car to check the doors and was locked. They got back In their car and cut in front of someone in drive thru, the person in front of me got the wrong drink, and had to ask for a straw. Once I got to the window they almost gave me the wrong drinks and gave me the wrong order amount. Luckily I listened and knew it was not that much. Bag was given. Cold fries, they got the burger and nuggets right but no BBQ sauce or salt as I asked for. Took two people to give me BBQ sauce and then three to find salt. They don't seem to know their English very well but I appreciate that they were still smiling. Although today could just be a bad day I see alot of other bad reviews and coming a second time to a bad experience I wanted to write mine, I will NOT be going here again and I advise you drive elsewhere. One of the only closet fast food places and yet they suck....

Great service team. Good and ample food. At rush period the line moved fast so fast with about ten guest behind me, I ordered one item then employees doing a great job moved to the next person. Again line was long. At the register I was asked is this everything and I said I wanted another meal but it was okay since the line was so long. The person at the register said no no we can get it for you. At this point there were four customers behind me with meals completed, again I said it was all right not to hold up others that I assumed were workers getting lunch with limited time. She asked what was I going to get and I told her. Well the main server had heard all this which only took ten seconds or so had my meal ready as he was monitoring the conversation. Great job to these folks wanting to make my experience right after I repeatedly said I didn’t want to hold up the line because I was not fast enough to answer is that all. My fault and didn’t want to hold up workers with limited time. With that said no one had to wait longer because of your employees team...

I stopped and got three meals with special accommodations. They disregarded any special accommodations. Simply mayonnaise and bacon on one sandwich I didn’t even ask for mayonnaise or bacon. The other sandwich that was only supposed to have catchup and pickles had mustard as well as onions on it. The last sandwich was supposed to have everything on it including tomatoes, mayonnaise, etc., etc. and it contain none of the above. They simply disregarded anything that was put in the order and just made them how they felt like it on top of that. The fries were cold and the drinks were all messed up, when I said something to the lady about the drinks before I left, she had an attitude shut the window on me and sat there. She came back and asked could she help me with an attitude not only is the food Disgrace the service and workers as well.
