Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Secaucus

First time visiting Jersey Mike’s in Secaucus NJ. We are absolutely delighted. When we got to the counter, the staff greeted us very politely and professionally. Once we ordered our two wraps, we sat down to wait for them. A young lady named Veronica prepared them and brought them to our table. Upon unwrapping the food, I noticed that I got a sandwich instead of the wrap that I ordered. We didn’t make a big deal of as I thought perhaps I didn’t make it clear that I wanted a wrap. We proceeded to eat the sandwiches, which by the way were delicious (we ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a cheese steak). Shortly after Veronica came up to our table to expressed her apologies and explained that she had made a mistake with our order for which, she wanted to rectify by giving us two new wraps (this time the way we ordered them) PLUS gave us two coupons for a free sandwich each for next visit.

We left the restaurant very impressed, as we never let them know that the order was incorrect. But it took great customer service skill to come up to us to let us know that it was her error and to do something to make it right! Kudos to the Team of Jersey Mike’s at...

Just went in today to this location for the first time. I was with someone else too and right when we walked in the woman standing at the counter slicing the bread and helping make the sandwiches was having an attitude with us. I’ve only been actually inside Jersey mikes once or twice a year or two ago and I remember the employees being nice and being patient but today the woman seemed really annoyed and like we were bothering her. The person I’m with isn’t familiar with Jersey mikes and was a little confused. The lettuce looked dead too but then we saw them bring out more that looked fresher so I don’t know about that. I wouldn’t return to this location because I hate it when people are being rude to me...

I absolute love the food at jersey mikes. I have been a customer at the Manhattan, and Milford ct locations. This was my first visit at the Secaucus location. I was excited being that it was In jersey. However it was the most disappointing visit. The young lady wearing the tan hat (light skin) who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional, one of my sandwiches was made wrong and she walked away in the middle of me telling her what i wanted on my sandwich leaving the other young lady (dark skin lady) to finish my order. The First Lady with the tan hat had a piss poor attitude and reflects poorly on this location. I’ll stick to traveling to ct never again will I visit this location....
