First day here: sat on patio with our doggo. Our server, Jack was kinda socially awkward and made us feel weird asking if we could sample a $10 beer before buying it. We continued to order sweet potato fries and asked for no ketchup and instead we wanted a side of ranch. When we were charged for the ranch, we asked if it could be taken off. He stated to us “it’s only 50 cents? You want me to take it off?” And we continued to say yes as we were not notified of the extra charge even though it says sauces 50 cents. I assumed a $10 basket of sweet potato fries came with one free side of sauce, guess not.
Second day: we had the same server and it was fine. Kinda off vibes for a brewery but fine. The couple sitting at table 37 wanted to switch to the sun spot as they were cold. The server, Jack, said that table is reserved for people who are waiting and wanted a “sun spot.” Obviously paying customers should get to switch their seat if they please and they switched without permission. Jack never came back out. I don’t know if he felt awkward after they moved without his permission or what but Josh, a new server came out and gave us the best experience ever. He let us sample beers and recommended good food off the menu. We ended up spending $100 and only $12 of that was food. We had a great conversation with the people that switched tables and we even got their number as they left. When the check came, we were certain we only ordered 2 20oz beers and the rest 16oz beers. We asked the server and he said he wasn’t sure. I asked him to take the $2 off since that is the difference and we would add it to his tip. he said I should ask the owner if there’s anything she could do. I walked up and explained the situation and asked if maybe a sticker would compensate for paying for beer we weren’t sure we received. She said “of course, that makes my job super easy. Hope you had a great time.” We did have a great time.
Third day: my boyfriend and I ask for the front patio with our dog (where we have sat the previous two experiences). We are informed it’s a 2 hr wait. We reluctantly wait because it’s the only brewery that even allows dogs and coming from Boulder, Colorado, we’re huge brewery fans. We go in when our table is ready and she says she didn’t know we had a dog even though we asked for the front dog friendly patio. I insist that my boyfriend asked for it and that there are open tables. She takes a minute to look and then says “I know what you and your boyfriend are trying to do, getting free stuff from us.” I stopped in my tracks and said “what?” She informed me that she was the owner (which I knew per our conversation two days ago) and that “bribing” her servers for free food and beer isn’t okay and she just wanted me to “know that she knew.” I asked what we were trying to get for free and she said a side of ranch and $2 worth of beer. I was shocked and continued to say my boyfriend asked for the dog friendly patio, hoping to make today an okay experience.
She sat me as I was waiting for my boyfriend. I informed him when he got there that I was called out in front of the many people waiting for a table by being accused of “trying to get free stuff” and that she said he didn’t ask for a dog friendly patio. He was upset and went in to ask why she was so rude to me that I didn’t even want to drink a beer. After hearing his piece, she immediately said we needed to leave. A new server came out and made sure we left. We asked him what we did wrong and he stated that we have been disrespectful to all staff and have been bribing staff to get free food and beer. He continued to say a couple days ago the couple moved inside because we were so disrespectful to the staff (which we know to be false because we talked to them the WHOLE time and they were laughing with us).
Needless to say, the owner could use a lesson in customer service. If she could afford the brewery on her own, that explains her rudeness and snarky-ness. If daddy or a family member bought it for her, it explains her entitlement and lack of...

Took my husband here as a birthday treat and we were very excited to try a new brewery in a new place. We travel quite a bit and usually work breweries into our itinerary.
But the experience turned out to be mediocre at best.
The wait staff and customer service was 95/100. There was one waiter who CLEARLY did not want to be there and he kept walking around shaking his head and cursing. But the rest of the staff was very friendly, quick and respectful.
The table setup was a bit strange. We were sat in an area in which we heard “CORNER” every 15 seconds. Easy to say it was a bit distracting and took away from the ambiance.
I ordered the Miso Honey flavored chicken sandwich and it was very very good and also a large portion size for the $18 you spent for a burger (😳). I was disappointed with the fries. They were stale and not worth the additional $2. We overheard the woman sitting across the aisle from us send her fries back.
We both ordered a single beer to drink while we waited for our food and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Diva Drink which was supposed to be a fruity beer. It tasted very flat and I could not pick out any fruity notes. A 10oz pour cost $10 a piece which is absolutely absurd. With my beer not tasting well and the cost of a very small drink we didn’t order anything more. Some of the best breweries with AWARD WINNING beer don’t even charge $10 for a drink.
For two people for LUNCH…. It cost $80 which is on the high end and certainly not worth it.
The parking lot, like much of Sedona is brutally small. There is some street parking behind the restaurant but not much. It does not accommodate...
Read moreCame through here on a road trip and we always try to stop at local breweries. It is great that they are close to town, but have their own parking spots so you don't have to fight for parking. It is a pleasant well shaded area, and the staff was quick to greet us and get us seated with our dog. We had a nice spot on their front patio to enjoy the beautiful October weather. Their can system for the table is fun, easy and they were quite responsive... though when you have a 3 year old flipping the can it might be tricky. We ordered Monsoon Nights and Unsupervised Children, both were pretty tasty beers. I'm not a big Hazy fan, but found the Unsupervised Children pleasant. Monsoon Nights was great, I love dark beer and there aren't enough Porters out there. This had a nice chocolate malt to it and was still fairly light to drink. As for the food, being in October I had to try their Schnitzel Sandwich. Loaded with nice thick cut pickles, a nice thin schnitzel and a pretty good mustard this was hard to put down. Their chips to go along were great too. We also got two apps, being the Deviled Eggs and the Cheddar N' Chives Tater Tots. We loved how they integrate wasabi in both dishes. The Deviled eggs are definitely something we are going to try to make at home, they were so good it was hard not to order another round. The tots reminded us of croquettes, a nice soft potato inside with tons of flavor with a crispy outside. The topping of really thick bacon bits and chives was a nice touch, but the wasabi ranch was perfect. Nice little kick, but not enough to offend our 3 year old. I look forward on coming back on my next...
