First of all... Food is ok at best. Nothing to write home about. Not worth what's being charged at all. Wife and I both ordered "build your own burgers" which were listed as 1/2lbs. There's no way they were 1/2lb, even pre cooked weight. The bun was bigger than the burger and the build your own part was just a bunch of add-ons that cost you more. Silly. Just list a house burger with upgrade options. Now I'm going to rant. At the bottom of the menu was a notice that your bill will be increased by 3% to "offset employee healthcare". This grift has got too STOP. As the consumer I don't care what your costs are as a business. I don't want to see a surcharge for "healthcare" or credit card processing (same concept). Just raise your prices across the board to cover you costs - if you clientele will tolerate the increase - at the peril of your business. Your costs are a "you problem", not mine. I don't want to see a $19 burger (already way overpriced) then get bilked another 3% for some reason or another. These surcharges are all tax write offs since they're a cost of doing business. You're double dipping by hitting your customers with 3% bump and writing the cost off your taxes. This grift has to stop and should be illegal. I will go longer patronize businesses that do this. I suggest, you, the reader do the same. To the business, bake it into your prices. I don't care what...

We came here as a recommendation after our trolly tour while vacationing in Sedona. And while the views of the mountain were gorgeous, that was our only positive. The restaurant wasn't very busy and took about 20 minutes before our party of 5 could be seated. Tanya was our server, and we saw her twice. To get food orders and drop off the check. Other servers greeted us, got our drinks, and dropped the food. We saw her off socializing with staff. We ordered several options, and it took a while for the food to come out. I had the poke bowl and ot was a good size but nothing special I can make the same at home. I didn't finish it, and it wasn't worth taking back. My kids had chicken tenders and fries, which you can't mess up, and they enjoyed. The wings looked over cooked, and we're super dry. The cornbread is not worth $12 such a waste. My mom is gluten-free, and there are not a lot of options, and Tanya was not knowledgeable to know or ask. They forgot my husband's order, and instead of admitting it. They tried saying he didn't order anything. They still charged us a 20% gratuity, and they also add a health fee to cover employee benefits. We never got refills on drinks. We were incredibly disappointed with this experience and tried to talk to the manager and was told I'm sorry you feel that way. The restaurant itself was very clean and staff upon...

The only good feature of this restaurant is the view- which, to be honest, is free and visible from the stairs immediately outside anyway

The food itself was not good. I got the chicken quesadillas, which was literally just chicken and cheese in tortilla (not a single vegetable?). My partner had the street tacos which he stated were bland and unseasoned.

The service itself also leaves you wanting more. We sat at the bar while awaiting our drinks, and asked for spicy margaritas. The server asked which tequila we wanted and I chose Codigo reposado and my partner the Codigo blanco- the bartender definitely overcharged us on purpose for this, as we were charged almost $90USD for these two margs, and had an upsurge charge for “goblets” which we did not ask for, and were not informed of the Codigo charges (we have this tequila all the time and it is not that top shelf…)

Our waitress herself wasn’t any better with service. I had 1 of the 4 pieces of quesadillas when I sat back to enjoy the view with my stupidly overpriced Marg when she came by to ask if I wanted a box for my “leftovers” less than 10 minutes into bringing on the meal. I legitimately looked at her in the eyes and said “no I am still eating” to which she looked quite taken back (???)

Definitely will never...
