On 4/17 A friend and I arrived from Minnrsota to visit a friend who moved here from MN. I have never been to Sedona and we stopped in the store close to closing. I found a few pieces but just not quite what I was looking for. When I described what I was looking for the woman working (sorry can't remember her name) went to the back and brought back a stunning piece which I bought along with a few other pieces. The staf working were Scott and the woman (cant remember her name) gave us fabulous custoer service. The were both so knowledgeable. Had such a good experience that we returned on 4/19/24 and again received excellent customer service from Scott and bought a few more things. The store has a wonderful selection of turquoise, corals, gems and just about anything native/southwestern you could ask for and very reasonably priced. Crystal made me a regular. This is my new go-to store. Not only is everything BEAUTIFUL, but the staff also truly cares about making the customers happy. I had some questions about an order, and Crystal was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful that I feel GOOD about buying from them. Crystal was a customer-loyalty generator for me. I had questions about the Raiku coasters (which are so unique), and she just handled all of my questions like a real pro. I feel better shopping at a store where I know that they actually care about customer happiness. I am literally going to shop here for all of my gifts, instead of Amazon or some faceless online mill. Stopped in this cute shop while wandering downtown. There are so many shops that just have the same stuff. Not this shop! It has MANY unique, quality, reasonably priced items. The staff was fantastic. Not pushy but very knowledgeable and extremely personal. Scott helped us both times (we loved it so much we came in twice in the same day). After mentioning that I am going through a cancer battle, he was so kind and genuine in his wishes for a healthy recovery. People like Scott are the reason people will continue to come into this great store. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Sedona ❤️
