Manager/Owner of Sedona Permanent Jewelry,
I needed to let you know about a recent encounter I had with one of your employees. I was recently visiting your establishment in hopes of making a beautiful memory with my sister. We get permanent jewelry done at each place we visit. This did not happen today. My first interaction with your establishment was great! I was told about the prices and types of jewelry you provide to your customers. Told one of the ladies that we will come back once we finished with our shopping.
Now, this is where it got a little unnerving. We come back not even an hour later and was immediately turned off. One of your staff welcomed myself and my sister back. Your employee that is tall with dark (somewhat) curly hair waited on us and we had a question concerning one your chains. My sister had let her know that we both work in healthcare and told her we do a lot of handwashing, putting on and taking off gloves and what type of bracelet would be ideal (stronger).
She immediately ignored my question to let us know that the chain my sister picked out was $100. I could not help but take offense to comment and question whether or not this comment was based on prejudice. We just got done hiking and went to have dinner and do a little shopping before we went home.
We get permanent jewelry on one of our birthdays each year. This year it was her turn.
After that 2nd interaction, that memory is tainted. I hope some one reads this email and maybe go over basic etiquette when dealing with customers. I work in healthcare and I would never treat...

Read moreI just want to start off by saying a HUGE THANK YOU to the women and the business Sedona Permanent Jewelry. We were in Sedona for my wife's birthday and knowing my wife and her love for jewelry, on the whim I decided to just look up jewelry stores in the area. Sedona Permanent Jewelry came up and we decided to check it out. The place did not disappoint. From the nice selection of jewelry pieces to the wonderful and amazing customer service we received. She was more than happy with her new bracelet. By the next day I actually loved it so much I convinced her let's go back to get an anklet. She was torn between the matching anklet or another style but with the help/opinion of the girls it ended up being a 3 to 1 favorite to get the matching anklet which she loved just as much as her bracelet. Thank you for making the experience a great one and anyone that's in the area I 110% recommend checking the place out, you won't be...
