McDonald's — Restaurant in Seekonk

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Never going back here again, and telling everyone I know not to go here as well. WHY?...you ask..

Today was number 3 in a series of misses here. The first two, consisted of the worst egg McMuffin I have ever eaten (how is it even possible to mess up an egg McMuffin?), and ice cold fries that had been clearly sitting around for a very long time, possibly for an ice age.

Back to today August 26th, 3pm. Picked up an order of small fries (semi cold), and a small chocolate milkshake for an elderly neighbor. All was well until I asked the young lady at the takeout window if there was a straw in the bag of fries, as I didn't want my 87 year old neighbor to struggle with a shake with no straw.

The young woman, who came complete with a nasty, surly expression and a set of giant ridiculous eyelashes glared at me, sighed, and said "YEAH" in the meanest tone possible. I know I asking for alot here... I didn't need a hug and a Teddy bear from this young lady. All I needed was an answer that was not dripping in venom.

By the high number of bad reviews at this McDonald's, I see that I am far from alone in my experience here.

Dear owners and management: please actually DO SOMETHING to correct your crappy food and bad service. It's just too easy to spend my hard earned money at Canes or Chick-Fil-A where they offer better food, and fast...

Update: The seekonk highland avrme mcdonalds manager Michelle allowed their worker Jessics to not only tell me off in the drive through after not taking my order and letting multiple other cars in the other lane go by but then further went on to tell me they weren't going to take my order just because I said "hello" wondering if the drive through side I was in was even on. Jessica was incredibly rude told me me to hold on and have some respect when I did absolutely nothing except for say the word hello after the other lane let multiple cars through. This highland Ave seekonk location is consistently horrible and the staff is consistently rude. I never swear yell at or push workers anywhere but to be attacked for existing and then told they aren't going to do their job is beyond horrible this staff needs to be fired and remediate immediately.

Rude, unhygienic facility where the workers can't be bothered to wear their masks correctly dripping nasal droplets with God only knows what all over the food. Don't bother ordering via the mobile app here either; you won't get your orders just a manager who would rather fight with you than make what you ordered 10 minutes prior to picking it up 🙄 go to RT 44 or the Swansea McDonald's by Cardi's instead.

Just FYI; masks are supposed to go OVER YOUR NOSE. Not seen are all of the other semi and fully mask-less workers who scurried...

All I can say is WOW. Genuinely terrible service, like unbelievable. I ordered a shamrock Oreo shake and the guy said “we don’t have that”, they had an Oreo shamrock MCFLURRY, same THING!!!! Then I go around to get my food and the lady was SOSOSOSOSO unpleasant. I FINALLY get my food and they give me a regular spoon not a McFlurry spoon. I asked kindly for a fork and the lady said “you have to pay for your fork” I MEAN WHAT???? I have to pay for a FORK?!?!?! Anyways I had to go to BURGER KING to get a fork and they kindly gave me one with no questions asked. We then go BACK to McDonald’s because my friend found a piece of PLASTIC in her McFlurry. I mean really??? She genuinely CHOKED on the plastic, absolutely unbelievable. When my friend FINALLY got her McFlurry, they had no more spoons so she had to eat her McFlurry with a FORK, a fork from Burger King mind you. I then realized that I in fact did not get an Oreo shamrock McFlurry but rather a regular Oreo McFlurry. UNBELIEVABLE. I AM INFURIATED!!!!!! McDonald’s in seekonk, I hope you understand that you have FOREVER LOST...
