Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Seminole

I have been hesitant on whether or not to leave this review but I would hate for something terrible to happen to a customer so I'll post it... The food we ordered was very good. The delivery driver made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and I wasn't sure if he was going to give me our order or not (a single family house, with numbers that are on light-up signs both at the mailbox and over the attached garage). There was no question that we ordered the food or that he was at the right house but he wouldn't speak and just stood outside the front door with the door open staring at my chest as I thanked him for the delivery... He didn't open the pizza container to take out the pizza for a long time, not speaking. Most drivers drop the pizza on the ground or on a chair or table and leave, as this is the acceptable and expected norm now. I was wearing a very conservative fully-covered shirt and pants so I have no idea what he was looking at or why or what he was going to do... This man was creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable. We will never order delivery from here again. This strange experience made us feel unsafe in our own home. I have the Ring doorbell footage of this man but I'm hesitant to file a complaint because this man knows where we live and could retaliate so I'll just leave this review and leave it at that so that others...

From 2009 until early 2018, this was our inexpensive, family night pizza place. We all liked something on the mix & match menu. Through 2018 it went downhill. Quality got so poor that we started getting "stomach issues" (all 6 of us) every week. By June of 2018 we stopped getting Family Hungry Howies.

Fast forward to last Sunday.. Car won't start. Looking for delivery options. WOW! Check out Hungry Howies new, fast & fancy website. Hmmmm-They must have had management changes in the last year. Alright- Let's try again. Prices ok. Delivery driver cool. THEN WE OPENED THE BAKED SPAGHETTI AND Our oven-baked sub. First, we noticed portions are half the size they used to be. (Gotta pay for that new webste) Spaghetti is pictured on menu covered in cheese.. nope.20 little shreds of cheese on top and 4 super-limp pieces of cold Howie bread. The oven- baked Sub was a child size portion. Somehow it was greasy and dry at the same time.

In other words - poor quality ingedients + grease + small portions still = Hungry Howies menu. However, they did extend store hours. Open until midnight weekdays and 1 a.m. on...

Ordered pizza online as a class reward for lunchtime before the school day started. Lunch time arrives. Delivery set for 11:15, its 11:25. Call in because I'm tracking my pizza and its been sitting on "making" for 30 minutes.Put me on hold 3 minutes come back and say oh someone called and cancelled their order from this number. 1. Not possible. My phones locked in my office while I was TEACHING. 2. I could prove it. 3 It really seems like you guys don't want to admit you made a mistake which I would've appreciated more. Then you have the nerve to say oh we can recharge and reorder your pizza and have it out in 45 minutes. No I'm sorry. Just okay repay us the full amount because we messed up. WONDERFUL. Now I have kids sitting in my room who I promised lunch to for successfully completing a important test..with nothing.

Last time my husband and I ordered from you, this location double charged us and we had to call 2 times to get it fixed. GET...
