Huge selection, wknd tastings, and great staff! UPDATE: Unfortunately, I am no longer a loyal customer of 3 yrs after the way my order was screwed up tonight, and the disrespectful attitude I was given over the phone by one of the female clerks! My order was 15 mins past the delivery window! So I called the store. They said my order left quite awhile ago. Had no idea if it was uber, door dash, or someone else! No way to tract the driver or contact him! But maybe he is taking his time cause you cut his tip to 10%! What gall!!! I should pay more than 10% on an order under 19? And I actually do! I give them a couple in cash as well! So he shows up 20 mins after the hr window. And shows w/only one bottle of my order! Call the store again, got nothing but poor customer service again!! One of my orders was out of stock, that’s why I was one bottle short! I said why did you charge me for something that was out of stock? Don’t worry we refunded it, but it may take awhile to post to my acct! So I am unable to go to another store, as the money was not put back in my acct! Their staff have always been respectful and nice whenever I came in the store! But call them on my order getting messed up, and boy does that attitude change! I would never use their delivery if I were you! And because of the disrespect I was shown tonight, they will never see me walk thru their doors again! It really is a shame!! And after I told my neighbor, that was a loyal ABS customer, that I got to switch to Lueken’s, is now back at ABC where I’ll be going! They match your prices, are closer, respectful, snd most importantly, they take responsibility for their actions and systems, instead of getting defensive and blaming...

I usually don’t take it to the media it’s not my style but i guess these days it’s the only way to be heard so i will keep this short and sweet. I was fired because my ex roomate made a false review about me and was told i brought drama to the store. The manager Basil knew my situation and i was rented an apartment by a scammer on facebook market place that was going through an eviction once i found out i reached out to the complex and the landlord collected rent and still processed the eviction i fought so hard to find a place to live for one reason and that was my job at Lukens liquor because i loved my job this is my second time working there and i asked for my job back because i felt like i owed it to them i wanted to show them im better than how i use to be it’s unfortunate the situation i went through with my living but it’s hard im 25 no kids no family here just my job that i dedicated myself to i worked soo hard and anyone who saw me in there knows i did i worked hard to be where im at now dealing with everything and still managing to faithfully be at work Tuesday through sunday all day go through my eviction, the moving process and court the last thing i needed was to be fired over a false review from someone who’s not apart of my life anymore it hurt cause why am i fighting so hard to stay here for my job when my job was so easy to let me go with no sympathy Basil really let me down im not mad but it hurt. great selection in the store tho anddd i love nikki and zach top favs...

I stood in line Thanksgiving day as they had been busy, when it came my turn the cashier walked away and not returning. Another guy said he was open so I went to his lane as another customer walked up as well but I was in front of him, the cashier made a point to say to the other customer don't worry sir we will make sure your taken care as if I was the one who cut in line. I left, went down the street made my purchase to a smiling friendly place. I never find the staff at Luekens very friendly anyway or seem happy with the job.
