McDonald's — Restaurant in Sequim

UNREAL...Would not eat here "STAY AWAY" for your own health!!! Sorry that we stopped in/ drive-thru for burgers, but had a family emergency in Sequim, WA! Asked for a simple bun replacement for Qtr pounder cheese, they said they had no leaf lettuce, but had shred which was fine and mine was a reg. When meals arrived, no lettuce on both, had to ask for lettuce again and received this disgusted look from female at window. Then she wanted to argue about "No Napkins, salt or ketchup" being in the bag. Then we just got a glare and said to proceed and she walked off, because we had already paid! Before leaving the window, a heavy set white-lady came up with a french fry hanging in her mouth chewing and a bag of food in hand, then walked over to one of the lobby tables and sat down! She was not wearing a face mask, nor gloves! The first dark-complected lady was only wearing a mask when speaking with us at the window, then lowered it when turning around and was wearing no gloves!!!! Besides being over-priced ($22.39), the meal was not properly identified on outside-menu, being unbelievably rude, and "unsafe-food-handling practices"... ESPECIALLY DURING DIFFICULT TIMES WITH THIS CORONA-VIRUS!!!! Before eating here, ask yourself this " If employees are not following safe-food-handling practice now...during the corona-virus, would you want to eat here period!!! And to pay for it, possibly with your life??? No thank you McDonald's and "I was a loyal customer" before this !! I’m embarrassed for the franchise owners of this McDonald’s, the most horribly run business ever. You could probably order your food, make it to Seattle and back before your order is ready, the service is S L O W ! The employees & manager are rude and incompetent.

We went there on Sunday morning and ordered our food at 11:18. There was a group of people in the lobby listening to an employee being screamed at by someone in the back, it was embarrassing. Then the employee brought a to go order out to curbside with an empty cup and had to come back inside to fill it. Then an older gentleman walked in 3 times asking if his 2 quarter pounders were done and after twice being told they are working on them the manager tells him “you never paid for them at the drive through so you have to pay for them” and he said “well I didn’t know I went where you guys told me to go wait” and the manager replied “well we forgot where we told you to wait”… I was shocked. Her name started with an S, (Sara or Sam) It was soo bad it was comical.

After 32 minutes of waiting someone asked if we already ordered and we told them yes so they brought out our bag but still didn’t have the happy meal we ordered. After finally getting our food 38 minutes later we were eating in the car to get back on the road and both big Big Macs were made incorrectly and we never got the apple juice for the happy meal.. we didn’t want to go back and wait 30 more minutes.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost, you’ll waste less time driving to Port Angeles McDonald’s than you will waiting for...

After my now second visit and the same thing happened to my drive through order. I order a large fries with my combo meal and again I'm struck with the question why am I paying for a large?? They were totally cool replacing them, however am I the only.one who realizes that now as I wait for my hot fries, the rest of my food is going cold! So the delema is eat my meal fryless? Or eat my meal as a meal only half of which is hot? 🔥 answe: compromise, nibble while waiting for hot fries, then enjoy all together. Then it happens the polite young man brings my individually bagged large hot fries to the window of my car and WHAM!! IS THIS A JOKE?? AM I ON CANDID CAMERA!?!? See 3rd photo, the fries are half full again!!! I almost choked!! Correct me if I am wrong and I'll be the first to apologize. But shouldn't the fries fill the container they come in? When I order a small the container paper as it may be is literally bursting with 🍟fries!! This here LARGE is barely over the lip if I was looking at it from a level view, u couldn't even tell if there were any fries in it at all!! Someone please tell me how a large fries should look??
