Wendy's — Restaurant in Sevierville

I am giving the Wendy's in Kodak TN a four-star because I used to go there a lot and I always liked the food and the customer service and I could never give this place a bad star review over one bad experience. Like I said I used to go there a lot and the customer service was always so great and nice friendly and professional, the food was always fresh and hot. I went to this Wendy's for the first time in a year because it is so expensive now everything is way overpriced $10 for a chicken sandwich or Burger meal. I had a coupon for a buy one Baconator get one for a dollar which I thought was a great deal because one Baconator meal is almost $10 with tax. We go to the Wendy's and get the Baconator and then another for a dollar. Everyone that used to work there is gone the restaurant was disgusting and filthy, the bathrooms were utterly disgusting they looked like they had not been cleaned in God knows how long, the customer service wasn't that great but wasn't terrible. I asked the guy at the counter how many pieces of bacon comes on the Baconator he told me four pieces just like the picture, I sit down we open our burgers and there is two pieces of bacon cut in half, I have worked in customer service the majority of my life so typically I am not the type of person that complains too much about service or food but $10 for a Baconator that has no bacon???? He apologized and I just giggled I explained to him I thought it was funny that they considered two pieces of bacon cut in half four slices? Oh well, but you can't call that a Baconator seriously or can you LOL? I guess I will not be eating at the Wendy's again for quite some time it's just way too expensive and you don't really get what...

I arrive at the drive through at 9pm and was the second car in line. Around 910pm, the car ahead of me was finally through placing their order after how long I don't know. I pull up to the speaker, there's silence. After waiting 15 minutes, finally someone speaks. I ordered a spicy chicken combo and what I received was a spicy chicken on 2 buns. No tomatoes, lettuce, or mayo. Thank goodness the chicken was full of grease or the sandwich would have been totally dry. The fries, if you want to call them that, were extremely salty, barely warm, and 100% been sitting for a while, super crazy soft and tasted if they sat overnight under the heat lamp. My coke, tasted as if I had a plethora of soda mixed together, took 1 sip and not another, threw it away. This is the norm, or at least for me, because this has been my experience every time I had visited this location, and obviously, after reading other reviews, this is the norm. I believe nobody that works here has an understanding of customer service and what it encompasses, and the owners and managers don't care about their customers, or their reputation. This is totally unacceptable for me and I will never stop at this location again. The powers to be only care about their bank account and nothing more. I would highly recommend you to AVOID this location, you could drive a bit further up the road and hit the burger king, or just know that a few more miles into sevierville there's so many other opportunities to get some good, quick food or you can go to the other side of the interstate and get some McDonald's. JUST AVOID...

DISGUSTING! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I sincerely hope they fix this. Since living in Kodak for 2 years I’ve been to this Wendys so many times and it ALWAYS disappoints. I love any other clean, well ran Wendys but this one is the worst. The manager lets anything slide and today when I got my burger it had a big scraggly hair sticking out of the side that I didn’t see until I took a bite, which I normally always check my sandwiches but today I was driving & soo hungry I didn’t and of course I immediately spit it back out and threw the sandwich out of my car window without a second thought. I was ready to puke because I see the men who work there they look like they haven’t showered and have beards and hairy arms that I’m sure is all over their food. I am so disappointed because I love wendys food. I paid $30 for a Asiago ranch chicken club, baconator, fries, and a jr cheeseburger deluxe to eat 2 bites of my sandwiches and half my frosty and 3 of my soggy disgusting fries….my boyfriend ate his although he said it wasn’t good either. I never leave reviews and this angered me so bad I had to because this is not the first time this has happened, I’ve wasted SO MUCH MONEY at this establishment hoping it will be better next time and it never is. Today I vow to never go to this location Wendys ever again. I’ve heard the employees complain about having so many customers in drive thru and say why doesn’t anyone just go to McDonald’s…because these tourists don’t realize this wendys is awful and I’m sure once they try their food they’ll figure that out.
