We got there and went to the bathroom and when I got in my stall there were at least 10 flies flying around in there and everything was very dirty. Then when we got out to order my boyfriend complained about that there were a ton of flies in the men's restroom too, which made him loose his appetite. The woman who took our order didn't greet us or anything and was acting like she didn't want to be there. After we ordered we told the lady that we wanted a certain boys toy and she said that they had it. There were only about 4 girls working there. While we were waiting the guys in front of us were looking unhappy because they had been there a long time and one started telling the girls behind the counter that he had to leave and he started getting mad at them. Then one of the girls spilled a lot of fries all over the floor and she kept yelling. Finally he got his food and the girl called him ma'am and he stormed out all pissed. All while this was happening we noticed that there were flies COVERING the ceiling, some were flying around and then there were dead ones on the floor and below the windows. We finally received our food and we got into the car discovering that they gave my mom the wrong kind of drink, and instead of the certain boys toy that we asked for they gave us a girls toy. Then they drenched the fries in salt so each one I ate I had to wipe it off, and they didn't give us any BBQ sauce after we asked for it when they were taking our order. Read moreToday at your Shamrock, Texas location, the manager was less than accommodating for a Deaf man. My family and I went through the drive thru like we do for most of our fast-food runs. My husband pulled up to the window like we normally do with our order typed out on the phone to show the cashier. Your manager was refusing to take our order claiming that we have to make the order at the intercom. My husband wrote on the phone explaining that he is deaf and he cannot. The woman continued to decline and said that she was too busy to take our order, pointing out the the line of cars behind us (apparently the hearing customers are more valuable than your Deaf ones). She continued to decline us for sometime, but we refused to move until she finally took our order and had us wait in the pickup area. This level of discrimination and rudeness the manager showed us today is unacceptable in this day and age. This woman, upon bringing us our food was unapologetic and continued to show distaste for my family, instead of accommodating the special needs of the customers. Read moreThis has got to be the one of the poorest quality control McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered their deluxe buttermilk chicken sandwich plain, in a meal large with Dr. Pepper. I also ordered a medium fry, a large Sprite along with 4 cheeseburgers no onion. I get back to my hotel down the street and open the bag. My sandwich is not plain so I proceed to scrape off the Mayo, lettuce, and tomato, that's when I notice there are NO fries! The cheeseburgers seemed ok. I box back up the chicken sandwich and drive back. I tell them about this and they have me pull to the window. I give them the bag with the chicken sandwich and my receipt and get a bag with hot fries and my chicken sandwich. Stupid me I figure the second time around they might actually get something right.
