The next morning, she called to tell me how awful and dried out her chicken was. Said even the biscuit was dry. I spent 14.00 on 2 piece dinner. Her stomach was upset, too. I called immediately, and a young female black manager denied me a refund because I didn't come back that night. Tommy, I suggest your store stop serving sub-par chicken to loyal guests before closing time. I am a restaurant manager, and I never hesitate to provide a wonderful experience. Especially with guest complaints, I try my best to make it right. So my relationship with Popeyes has ended because of 14.00. Don't waste your time or money on this location, please. Read moreBe weary of this Popeyes. Although it's in a prime location the attitude of the workers especially going thru the drive thru has always been an unpleasant experience. The staff are rude, refuse to do separate orders, and at times I have waited for excessive periods of time to receive my food. The staff is constantly changing and they seem to be understaffed and the workers seem very unhappy. If you go here just expect attitude with your order. Also I find it very frustrating that they refuse to do separate orders. If your buying food for a friend or family member it shouldn't be that inconvenient to do two separate orders. I guess from now on I will just go thru the drive thru twice and order the separate orders with two different trips. I wish this wasn't the case as it is close to home. On the contrary the tall white male aged less than 30 who was the cashier, simply discriminated me when I asked for three large fries. When I was about to pay he asked me if I can pay. I smiled and said yes, I’m a software engineer and earning in six figures. How can he doubt if I can afford to pay $17 for three large fries?????? Also, to make the matter more worse, he simply gave VERY LESS quantity in all three fries boxes. I would say he gave medium fries instead of large fries. But why??? Is it because of my colour?????
