Customer service was soooooo trash! It's almost comical. First, the automated cashier ended up messing up my order, which would have been easily explained if the person running the drive thru wasn't so rude. I ordered a small fry, small banana shake and water. In that exact order. When the machine asked if I wanted anything else, I added a sandwich (that I didn't need) with no onions. It stopped, then gave me my total. When i got to the window, the guy was too busy having a conversation to even look at me but stuck his hand out and wiggled his fingers for my card. Okay, whatever. I asked him if the machine got the no onions on my burger part, and he looked annoyed and loudly said, "Yes, i know," okay, sassy. He hands me my food, and I sigh and say, "I'm missing a banana shake." He goes, "NO! Fine, check your receipt. " Like, we're in a full argument that I didn't even know about, lol. I checked my receipt, and sure enough, there was no shake on my order. I thought about explaining what happened, but I wasn't about to give any more money to this business, and I didn't get charged, so I cut my losses. But as I'm driving down the road and biting into my burger, guess what I taste....freaking onions! Thanks, Shannon. I hope you have the day...

I ordered a Big Bufford Meal and asked for Fresh Fries! As someone who Has worked in food service before,l I know what Fresh Fries means!
When I got my order, the fries were warmed but no where close to being Fresh! When I went inside to politely ask for Fresh fries, I wasn't even greeted properly and then a woman whom I'm assuming is the manager lied to my face and told me "We drop fries fresh all the time"....there is no way fries or Monsterlla sticks are leaning over if they are fried fresh!
Customer Service here is beyond subpar and I will never spend money here again! I get we are living in a time where people don't want to work but if you're going to work at least...
Read moreI didn't believe the low reviews. Believe them. The automated order machine got it wrong and the guy at the window looked like he could barely be bothered to walk. I was busy, so I let it go. I actually work at my job. They also wanted extra money for ketchup packets 😂...Don't go to this Rally's. I know I won't be there again. *Edit: so the response is either from corporate or a franchise owner who studied PR and nothing else... Or maybe directly from the franchisee's manual in how to manage honest reviews. Either way, you won't see me here again. I've literally never had a worse fast food experience anywhere.
