I’ve been going to this Wendy’s frequently since 2014 and up until recently I was very satisfied with the service and the food. This past month including my last trip tonight I have noticed a change in both the service and the quality of the food. I understand a simple mistake happens from time to time in fast food, but some of the food I’ve gotten recently has been inedible. I don’t have the convenience of returning to complain or getting new food so I wanted to be sure I let others know in this review so that it won’t continue. The past several time the fries have been very brown in some cases dark brown. They were heavily salted with a strong flavor of the oil used and way overcooked. The burgers and chicken nuggets were tough and burnt. Both our burgers tonight had something wrong with them. My burger looked like the employee making it had mayo on a pair of gloves and that mayo was slathered all over the side of the burger, and there wasn’t supposed to be mayo. The service was ok. Looked as if they were completely under staffed. Only running one window, and the gentleman at the window looked tired and frustrated. Read moreI had a really bad experience over a year ago where the drive-thru cashier didn't know how to use the register and charged my debit card 4 times. I went in a few days later when I found out and management was extremely rude and didn't try to fix the situation. I had to get one of the regular employees to help me. I stopped going there for awhile. That manager is no longer there.
Shortly after I came back, I tried their new, improved grilled chicken sandwich. Within less than an hour after eating it I was violently ill for several hours. I continued to go there, but swore off the new sandwich.
I went through the drive-thru a few days ago and as I was pulling out, I heard the person say "real healthy dinner" which not only was insulting, but comical since most of their menu is not healthy. I didn't catch the person's name, but feel pretty confident it was a manager. It is none of their business what I order and then judge me for what I choose to eat. They know nothing about me! That just happened to be the only thing I ate for the day and, trust me, it wasn't much.

Read moreIf I could give zero I would, first of all the girl at the window was itching her hand with the edge of the lid she put on one of my drinks, the drive through window is filthy (after I left the car to retrieve the missing items in my order I found out that’s how it goes the whole store is grungy and gross, the appearance of the employees is absolutely disgusting, there is a heavy set employee who needs to be canned. I’ve never been so heated over chicken nuggets. I was missing 2 10 piece nuggets in my order which was $62 might I add for fast food… when I went in to get the nuggets she wanted to argue with me that they were in the bag and gave me 1 10 piece after walking back to the car to double check as I figured I wasn’t wrong I still needed 10 nuggets and the attitude she gave me was an absolute joke. I am clearly not in here trying to get free nuggets, I have money I don’t need anything for free I simply wanted what I paid for!
