If you have any respect for yourself at all, do not go here. Even if you have absolutely no respect for yourself whatsoever, but you try really hard to pretend you do, still never go here. The.. things.. that work here are so genuinely slow & stupid that they will destroy your soul & completely erase all your hope for humanity. Every time I've been here, I sank deeply into depression & hysteria. I just ordered 4 hot dogs & a large root beer. After waiting a very fair & realistic 15-20 minutes in the drive thru, I was handed a drink & one hamburger.. not because I was handed the wrong order, but because the thing somehow managed to make the completely wrong item. It was as if she genuinely believed 1 hamburger was the same as 4 hot dogs. So, I waited maybe another 5-8 minutes for the correct order.. checked it, it was right.. I drove away, still composed.. I took a sip of my drink & then BAM.. just like magic, an unsweetened iced tea. I have to assume the smartest person there was responsible for that one, because at least it was sort of the right color. Top-notch upper management, perhaps? So, I turn around & I head back. I pull into the drive-in spot (being wiser & learning from the mistake of believing the drive thru would be faster) and I hit the service button. I explained that my drink order was wrong & that prefer the correct drink instead. Shortly after, a woman approached my vehicle with my root beer, a putrid attitude, and the nerve to act as if I was inconveniencing her.. and if you're reading this now, you can expect a very similar situation to happen to you.
Bonus situation: I also ordered a "strawberry flavored" Coke here once.. they took a Coke, added the same strawberry syrup puree they use for ice cream, then actually sent mixed it the way they would with a shake. Best.. flat.. mixed up Coke with chunks of frozen strawberries in it.. ever.
Additional bonus content: You can be as dumb as a potato & leave here feeling...
Read moreI'd go lower if I could. The food is no where near good enough to deal with the disrespect from employees and the chaos and carelessness at this location. They supposedly got my order(and money) from the app. They claim they didn't know I was there even though I checked in as I was instructed, waited 30 minutes(after 20 minutes, the order closed on my app and disappeared from the screen in the stall). Then I pushed the button on the screen, waited as it flashed for ANOTHER 10 minutes. Finally, after my kids started getting too antsy and arguing I had enough and walked to the door. I opened the door and put one foot in, it doesn't look like customers are meant to go inside so I didn't, just stood there for a minute trying to make wye contact with ANYONE and was ignores. Another woman walked up behind me and asked if I worked there. At that point, someone finally came to the door and when I tried to explain what happened, they said well you need to order at the drive thru. Um, no I already placed my order and my bank account was already charged. Oh, we'll you didn't go through the drive thru to tell us you were here. Excuse me? The app where I placed the order and paid for the order instructed me to pull into a stall and check in through the app and that'd what I did. At no point was I ever told I needed to get in the drive thru behind the 15 cars that were already in line. I was already extremely irritated after having waited 45 minutes with no information or interaction whatsoever, then they tried to blame ME!! One lady seemed higher than the sky, and the second lady was rude as hell reiterating how this was my fault they didn't know I was there. Unbelievable, unacceptable, and I will never go there again and I will be SURE to let everyone that will listen what an absolutely awful...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I DEFINITELY would, My fiance, son & myself came to the stall to dine at the picnic tables, after placing a 47$ order, we had the lights turned off on us, the girl who must have been the closing employee had the worst attitude, saying âSorry I had to turn the lights outâ, first of all its 10:45pm, they close at 11 so NO AS A PAYING CUSTOMER U DO NOT TURN LIGHTS OFF WHILE WE ARE TRYING TO EAT. My son is 9 & doesnât like the dark anyway then she forgot to bring his cheese tots THEN my husband had to go to the window to get them, they barely had any cheese on themđIf you canât handle running stalls & a drive thru, shut the stalls down & do drive-thru only. Such HORRIBLE customer service. She definitely doesnât need to be running any establishment dealing with the public, even my 9yr old son commented on how she had an attitude problem. I understand things get stressful but always treat your customers well. Paid 47$ for fast food & a bad attitude!!! A man was speaking to us about placing an online order & was trying to let the girl know he was on the patio waiting and she said âI DONâT KNOW WHAT TO TELL U DUDE, IâM ONLY ONE PERSONâ He was only trying to let her know he was there, he ended up leaving & sayin that they could just keep his food etc. Then she had an issue and was cussing bk m forth with another so I suggest you get someone else who can...
