People in these reviews are cracking me up, one star reviews because an employee was mean and hurt their feelings but then they mention how great the store/food/veggies/meat is... who the hell keeps the place that way? Those pesky mean workers, so what I gather is that even when someones having a bad day the deliver on point food. Well luckily I go to subway for sandwiches not personal affirmation, and today they delivered with flying colors.
I came into this store as the nearest answer to a disaster in process at another location, I left that store paying for a sandwich I knew I wouldnt eat. Honestly this location may have saved me as a Subway customer.
From the moment I walked in there was a much better feel than its franchise buddy down the road. Cleaner, brighter and more open to start, then as I stepped up in line I noticed how much better the bread looked. It looked amazing and they had options I never tried like Jalapeno cheddar, (sadly I had already picked wheat when I heard but I will be back soon to try it) all of the ingredients were fresh and in stock. There were three people just grinding their way through the line of people with amazing accuracy and speed. Didnt ever even bat an eye at my list of strange requests and nailed every one... (pinch of salt/obscene amount of pepper, halfs cut in half, oil and vinegar on the side) They even gave me a freakin cookie when I mentioned I may have a new fav location for lunch. Textbook Subway experience, if I owned one I would want it to work like this one.
I'll even do their dumb receipt survey it was so good.
The only petty issue I could come up with was the parking, I got lucky but it seems like the surrounding businesses are sucking up all the spots close by. I guess I will just have to deal with it because I will be back for sure.
Maybe if they took the time to play pattycake with every single customer they would make a few more people happy, but not the ones who just came for a sub.
Keep up...
Read moreWorst subway I have EVER been to. I came here with family and my children to enjoy a nice lunch together. It was very odd to me that they have the cover up to where you can't see how they are making your sandwich until it gets to veggies. I had asked for veggies to be toasted on my sandwich and had to remind the lady I had wanted them on there after she had forgotten and was putting my sandwich in the toaster. With veggies, this lady does not accommodate for customers. I had asked for light sauce and she had put extra on it and not a proper portion of veggies so nothing was holding the sauce in the sandwich. I had also asked for a side of pickles for my children and got ignored. The man at the register had the worst attitude. My sister in law was trying to use a coupon open to the public online to use in store and she shows the man at the counter and he didn't attempt to put in any code and with nasty attitude said he can't put in coupon codes. If that wasn't bad enough we go to sit down and eat and as we are eating I glance over and the man at the register and the lady on veggies were talking to each other and pointing over at our table. The lady looks right at me and continues to stare at me while I'm eating. That level of disrespect not just with attitude but staring at customers while they are eating is not ok. I lost my appetite and stared back at her and we had asked what the problem is and the man said is we didn't like the customer service we can leave. Then perceeds to say he is the manager. No name tag, no manager shirt, and doesn't know how to push numbers and put in a coupon code. Beyond disappointing that a newly remodeled subway is full of employees that aren't there to help progress the location. I will never come to this...
Read moreI came into this store location to get three sub sandwiches footlongs mind you.. there was a lady that was working there she is a full figure Hispanic or Native American Woman Beyond rude she didn't ask how can I help you she said what did you need when I proceeded to tell her that if I can get three footlongs she told me that I could not get three footlongs because I was using a coupon which made no sense to me I then asked her I would like to have fresh bread I said can I please get the bread that you just took out of the oven she said no you're using a coupon I said find it I'll pay full price she said you know what you could take your service elsewhere and then the manager a gentleman Kmart and started raising his voice to me telling me that I could take my business elsewhere I wasn't the one being rude ! I told the manager the mail I have every right to ask for fresh bread if I'm paying for something full price then I want fresh bread the bread that they had literally just taken out of the oven I didn't want to bite into bread that they had taken out at 10:00 in the morning as it would fall apart in crumbs if I'm a paying customer I should get at least satisfaction...
