As much as I love a good sandwich from Jersey Mike's, lately on the food delivery apps this location is TERRIBLE about putting BACON on their sandwiches! They always have a huge frigging pile of it and in the last 3 delivery orders in a row I've had bacon-less sandwiches and had to get reimbursement (some at 100%) because what's the frigging point of ordering a chicken bacon ranch without bacon coming with it?
It's on the slips guys. I called the store to ask them to not forget bacon and they keep not reading the slips for BACON.
Word of advice to consumers supporting this chain: don't order delivery with bacon and expect it. Go in person and drill it into their brains so maybe they'll stop forgetting to read on the delivery tickets.
UPDATE MARCH 2024: They're still not putting bacon on sandwiches when ordering extra for $2.99. Told them over the phone after getting a refund for the entire sandwich that I will never go back to this location and will support other ones. Stop charging for product you're not providing. If something is flawed with your ordering app, please FIX THE PROBLEM. But even with that being said, our receipt said add bacon on and they missed it there as well. The problem is both with the staff and the website if you ask me. Our sandwiches were also downright bathed in oil on the outside.
UPDATE NOVEMBER 1ST, 2024: Ordered a hot sub today. Must have had a new guy on the grill, he was staring off into space at the bacon cooking and it took over 15 minutes for my sandwich to finally be ready. It wasn't busy when I went inside, no rush oranything. Maybe this worker was under the influence or something. He didn't seem to move with any urgency whatsoever.
Official Thoughts on this Jersey Mike's: I'm avoiding this location. I will go out of my way to any other location in hopes of not encountering these repetitive issues, now adding new issues like slow output on hot subs. Simply Unacceptable. Avoid this...
Read moreJersey Mikes slogan might be a sub above but the service was way below what it should’ve been. I don’t often feel sour enough to write an angry review but unfortunately that’s what I’ll be doing here. To start off, went on lunch, ordered on the app, took me like 2 minutes, easy right? Get to the location I’d say 7-10 minutes after making the order, walk in to the pick up section, show them my name and verbally say it out loud, with a polite “it should be ready for you soon”. I decide to stand aside and watch as countless people receive their food, and continue to wait. And wait. And wait some more. About 30 minutes or so in I’m still waiting, mind you on my lunch break from work, and I ask the same person who I gave my name to what the ETA was on my food, to which she checks the orders waiting, and my food had been ready for what appears to have been quite some time. How do I know? I got back to work with about 10 minutes to spare of the one hour I had free and the hot sandwhich I ordered was already starting to get cold. It takes me an average of 7-10 minutes to make it down there. Gotta say I love Jersey Mike’s but this is the one location I won’t be coming back to, the service was awful, despite the food itself while...
Read moreThis place is consistent at delivering an entirely frustrating and discombobulated experience. There seems to be ongoing, constant training (I’m assuming because of employee turnover) and the management (when present) doesn’t appear to know the first thing about management.
Nearly every time I’ve come here, the staff asks the customer a question, doesn’t listen, and proceeds to just start making the sandwich how they see fit. “Do you want that Mike’s Way?”... well I hope so because if not you’ve basically broken the machine and expect basic think-for-yourself to come into play which is obviously a no-no in any sort of training that they do.
As a result, most of the time as a customer you end up micro managing the sandwich building process which also sends the 35 employees behind the counter scrambling in all directions asking each other what to do. This then tanks efficiency (thus the egregious overstaffing) and customers are left standing around, angry wondering how one business could make putting a sandwich together so hard. Oh, and your order is likely still wrong.
This is nothing new, it’s been going on at this location for years. Your best bet is to order online and take...
