Starbucks — Restaurant in Shreveport

So I took my 10year old daughter Christmas shopping and I had never been to "5Below",she has been trying to get me to go there with her and my sister has been talking about it for a long time as well! Anyways so I guess just knowing how excited she was about it, I was def going to need caffeine!! So she had never been to Starbucks, bit she's been drinking (coffee milk 🥛) all her life. The barista that was taking orders at 10AM in the morning lied to paying customers that they are out of a product and when they really were not! Some of the most “UNPROFESSIONAL” morning crew that I have “EVER” came across when it comes to customer service at a STARBUCKS, which I spend lots of money with. The product I was told that they were out of I was able to order it on the app and was able to pick it up on the inside with no issues. When I walked in I explained to them what happened and they refused to give me the manager’s information! This is disgusting and they should NOT represent this company this way! Brought my younger brother (who has autism) here to sit with some coffee while my grandmother went to her doctor’s appointment.
