The customer service in this location is getting worse. I really hate going here now. The staff act like they don't want to be there and look like they hate their jobs. This morning I ordered ahead. Went in and stood in line in the pick up mobile orders. One of the employees was there with a fleece hoodie on and the hood tied so tightly around their head, all you could see were their eyes nose n mouth. I waited 20 mins for my order and finally had to stop an employee and ask if my order was ready. They handed me my order from beind the counter. At this point my food is now cold! So i asked, don't you call the order numbers or the name when it's ready? Their answer was No! And they walked away. No one checks with customers to see what their waiting for anymore. Read moreAs soon as I entered through the door I was greeted by a really nice young lady. I didn’t have to wait or anything and she took my order right away. It was done in about 2 minutes maybe even less. I sat down for a couple minutes and the line started to build up and she was still greeting customers and making sure everyone got their order right. But it seemed like the line was never ending and it seemed like she needed a bit of help. UPDATE..... with a recent addition of a new Manager, I am very pleasantly pleased with the direction [S]he is taking this establishment. On the (more frequent, yet still sporadic) recent visits, I definitely noticed that the coffee is more consistent.... AND, breakfast sandwiches are equally improved. I have, as a consequence, raised them up a star. Keep up the good work and I hope that the upper echelon of Management recognizes...
