On October 12th around 5:45pm, my boyfriend and I ordered two meals, nuggets and a frosty. We had to repeat our order twice in the drive through line and the total we got sounded too low, so we asked the order taker to repeat our order at the window. They had the order wrong. We corrected him with what we ordered and the order taker had to call who we thought was a supervisor over to translate. When this woman came to the window, she accused us of not ordering in the drive through. We told her we had to order twice because the guy didnāt get it right the first time. She then accused us of lying saying we did not order what we said we did and started telling her coworkers that in Spanish, but I understood everything she was saying. At that point we were frustrated by her unprofessionalism and asked them to give us the food we ordered. Another gentleman, manager maybe, stepped in and printed out a receipt for us to check. The order was still wrong, but essentially close enough. We finally paid after confirming what was on the receipt and waited a while for our food. We left the window to pull into a parking spot to check the food. Everything was wrong except one thing, they did not give us what was on the receipt. Our time was wasted, we were accused of lying, never apologized to for anything and our order was still wrong after correcting many times. Shame on the people that work there. I watched the screen that shows the progress of your order and watched it go from in progress to ready within 1-2 minutes of me ordering. I listened for my name to be called and it wasn't. After waiting 8 minutes, I went to the counter and explained that my order was lost. One of the workers stated that, that was a long time ago bud and told me that he had called my name. I told him that I was listening and that my name was not called. I ordered a dine in order and was watching for the plastic tray to be put our, which never happened. The shift manager then told me that it wasn't a big deal and that I shouldn't get upset and that we are all on the same team. I didn't raise my voice, or even get heated.
