Del Taco — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Today at 6:13 a.m. in the morning I went to del taco in simi Valley off first street and enchanted st there was a young lady working there ive seen her there before and she was rude that time so i recognized her she was throwing out the trash I was parked across from the dumpster I went out of my car to.clean my windshield before I placed my online.order and she passed by me 8 ft away I said good morning and she completely ignored me so I placed my online order and I ordered a few things including a regular strawberry Shake I went to the windo to pick up my order and it was the girl she said the shake machine was just turned on and they couldn't make my shake and offered me another drink but I said no I really want the shake so I asked how long until the.machine is ready to.make milkshakes she said 10.or more minutes I told her I'll wait and she wasnt understanding me finally I got her to n understand but she didn't sound like she wanted me to wait she kept on telling me they could get me another drink and that it woukd take more then 10 minutes she said I could get a refund online but that wasnt true because I tried anyway long story short she gave me a cash refund but only gave me $4 so I was short a few cents the shake was $4.39 plus tax my issue is that the girl is not friendly and needs a personality and if the shake machine isn't able to make shakes you shouldn't be able to order online because the app.let me order a shake and the machine wasnt ready to make the shakes and I didn't get back exactly how...

You know it’s unfortunate when you go to a place and spend your hard earned money to purchase food for your family and get mistreated. I drove through the drive thru to place an order. The worker was so rude. The man in the picture said her name was Joana and his Gabriel. He also told me he was the manager. Well Joanna was very rude, rushing me, sighing as I placed my order as though I was inconveniencing her. I asked for her name at the window and the other manager told me she didn’t know her name. That was that… made it home just to not have all of my order and had to drive back. This was probably a case of “NO BLACKS ALLOWED;” At least that’s how it made my family (who was also in the car) and I feel. Some stuff is ridiculous and that entire staff needs to be retrained and taught morals and character. Del Taco on Enchanted Way in Simi Valley is disgraceful, WHO laughs at a customer who just made a complaint. Lately Del Taco has become plain. They used to serve a chicken breast Taco that actually had an entire chicken breast in it. Don't sell it anymore.. The epic Cali burrito well it used to be epic. I don't even know what the stuff they call carne asada actually is. I mean I don't taste like any carne so that I've ever had before. Don't look like it much either so I can't have that burrito anymore cuz they changed the meat. It's gross. It's now. The only thing I really enjoy there now are the french fries and a plain cheese quesadilla. That's all I ever get there now everything else is just not good and when they have something good they ruin it. I will also tell you thet the carnitas that they have is awesome. I love it but it's only on special for 2-3 months of the year. It is the best diss they offer now. Why wouldn't they offer it year-round? They must have some special deal on pork that they get this time of year. That would be the only reason they're doing it.. It's a shame when you watch something that was good devolve into...
