My husband and I had a great time at Rough Cut! The staff members (aka “axe-perts”) were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. They spent a good amount of time helping us perfect our throws. They also always made sure that we had something to drink if we wanted it. And every time we hit a bullseye, they would cheer, which was really fun and so kind!

This is a great date night activity or group activity. The environment is very safe, clean, and fun. The location is great, as it is near many other fun spots downtown. I do recommend reserving a time slot online just to ensure that you’ll get a lane, but they do take walk-ins. Signing up online was very easy and took just a few minutes.

Again, I highly recommend checking out Rough Cut for a fun, interesting night out. The team is great, the atmosphere is fun, and the location is unbeatable....

We had a birthday party for our daughter there last night and had an awesome experience. We had about 20 family members there ranging from 8 to 80 years old and everyone had a great time. We had Blake as our “axe-pert” and he was great, making sure everyone was having fun and doing his best to give tips to try to get us all to hit the targets. The staff was VERY accommodating to all our requests and questions and made us feel very welcome. We also loved the space—the atmosphere is fun and the extra games to play in the back were a bonus for our group. It was my wife's birthday and this was our first time doing anything like this. We could not have asked for a better first impression of Rough Cut, its wonderful staff, and axe throwing. We had so much fun learning how to throw an axe, with the help of the terrific staff dude (name escapes me, my apologies to him) on giving us pointers. We sheltered there when the storm hit and the staff informed us of where we could go should the storm have gotten worse. Thank you to the staff at Rough Cut for giving the Birthday woman and I a wonderful and very memorable experience!
