I am an espresso aficionado and appreciate a good cafe with bittersweet chocolate notes!

Let me start off by saying the staff at this location are sensational!

I think the girl that waited on me was Haley and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other two guys names but they were all super friendly outgoing and helpful. Thank you all for your awesome customer service! 10 Starz!🌟

I normally order a flat white when passing through but this time because of the heat and being over 90°, I ordered the same flat white espresso drink, but on the rocks. They put a dash of sweet cold foam on the top and I must say it was the best flat white I’ve ever had. Wow simply, amazing!

I went online and purchased a bag of their espresso beans from their Milwaukee store. I’m so glad all of this is available simply online.

For a week, while in Sister Bay, my family spent hundreds of dollars almost every single day at Analog Ice Cream & Coffee, and today our experience was absolutely ruined! The owner was terribly rude to my Mom, who left the store in tears. Customer Service from the other people behind the counter was great, but the owner was more than rude & for that reason alone we won’t be back. It’s unfortunate but customer service, especially from the owner, is important! I hope they can learn that, but until that, I suggest to find another coffee shop or ice cream shop in Sister Bay!
