I placed an order that was a little over $50 via the app. Instead of the crew(management) that was on the clock at the time, check the receipt to make sure everything was in the bag including but not limited to the sauces; that was not the case. When my spouse brought the food home half of the order was missing. I called the store and the crew(management) act like they couldn't find my order. Eventually they found my order and stated that I can come up and get the missing items and it would be fresh. While en route to pick up my missing items I realized that one of my sandwiches was made incorrectly. I asked the manager if they can replace the sandwich as well. The manager told me the only way to do so was to go back to my house, pick up the sandwich that was made incorrectly, drive back and then it can be replaced. When I asked well instead of doing all of that can you just put my name down to get my correct sandwich on a late day. Only for the manager to go back and look at the receipt just to inform me that the ingredient that I requested to place on the sandwich was not in the store. Something that could have been told to my spouse at the time of pick up. I normally do not have an issue when my meal is made incorrectly with it being replaced or fixed. However I felt as though customer service was not up to par today. I was just trying to make the evening easy on my spouse and children due to the fact I was seen at the emergency room due asthma attack. Management needs to know not everyone is out scamming or scheming to get a free meal. I also understand I don't know what the crew(management) dealt with before I place my order and visa versa. Read moreUpdate 01-15-2021: Even though I swore this Wendy's off for a while I was in a bind and needed food so I decided to give them another chance. I was actually throughly impressed this time. All of the orders were correct, everything tasted delicious and fresh, like how it used to be 20 years ago. The lettuce even crunched! Bumped them to 4 stars again.
Update 12-13-2020: I dropped them down from 4 stars to 2 due to getting our last few orders wrong or forgetting ordered items. They have gotten worse than the local taco bell finally. My husband was the only person in the drive through line and got 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 burgers and they still managed to get that wrong. I thought about calling the manager but decided against it but it should be known that he went through the line twice because the doors were locked due to COVID and they still gave him the wrong order. It's a shame that they can't get an order right when they aren't even busy. Won't be going back for a while.
Old review: This Wendy's has been getting better. I choose it over Taco Bell because they can actually get the orders right. Unfortunately Wendy's as a whole has been upping their prices and lowering their quality and quantity. Their new menu has me intrigued AND they are bringing back...
Read moreI definitely give Wendy’s a 1 out of 5 stars! I was doordashing, when I went to the window I wasn’t even acknowledged by any one. I was just handed drinks and when I asked for a cup carrier because their were multiple drinks the girl rolled her eyes and turned around and threw her hands up and started going off to the other coworkers. Workers were messing around, cussing with the window open. They slammed the window closed on me as well. Once I got my food for the first doordash order. I received another order at Wendy’s and started telling the worker I had another order and she cut me off rudely and told me I had to go back through the drive thru and then slammed the window close. Once I came back through again no acknowledgement and I was told to pull around because it was a lot of food. Pulled around and when I finally got the order, the worker started cussing and using vulgar language (which I don’t want to here!) and saying how she can’t deal with this anymore. All this to say.
