This taco bell is the worst.. The last few times i have gone, the line has taken forever.. They always let the online ordering line go first.. Then when i get my food either its wrong, I get someone elses order.. Or the food is under par lol. Its sad. How hard is it to work at taco bell.. For real. When i went tonight.. They had 3 people at the computer and probly 3 or 4 people making food.. I got a chicken soft taco that barely had anything in it.. Looked like they picked out the beef.. Then the nachos bel Grande was npt grande at all.. Barely had any chz or meat.. Had a big hard ball of beans on in the middle and some sour cream just thrown on it. My drink also had no ice. This place is the worst. I will not be coming bk to this location ever again. Good luck everyone

Sat in the drive through for 35 minutes before being told that they were closing early 11:15 instead of 1am because employees had walked out. The drive through is one lane so not only were there 6 cars ahead of me that were denied orders (Couldn't move forward because they were still serving 2 packed cars in the front) we were stuck in the drive through with 9 cars behind us. Finally someone (another potential patron that was denied service) got out of there car, told all the cars behind us that they had closed so we could all slowly back out. I spent a total of 50 minutes there for nothing. Unacceptable, I have no idea why your staff quit but the manager on duty should have cut the lights immediately if you didn't have enough staff to handle the volume.

I was soooo disappointed when I made it home to eat my CHICKEN quesadilla. There was only enough chicken to cover about 2 slices of the entire quesadilla, and even those were extremely thin. I know people usually give Taco Bell a bad wrap, but I usually really enjoy the quesadilla. Even as I write this review I'm getting sad all over again. Imagine being extremely hungry after a long day, and looking forward to a certain taste and experience that a chicken quesadilla with the perfect amount of sauce and melted cheese would bring to fill that void...to only instead get a dry, where's the chicken, super thin quesadilla. I ordered no other food with my order, just a soda. So I was ultimately screwed.

My issues are with the owner, this location clearly does good business and is financially successful. Purely on volume alone. So why is it, that the menu pricing for this specific taco bell, is so optimized for your margins? Adding chicken to a $1.29 burrito, costs more than the burrito by itself? Every single sauce, down to sour cream, is an additional charge, prices for add ons-swapping items, is significantly higher at this location than any other location around. Locations that see significantly less business, by volume. You're just milking people for every dollar you can, because why? Why's it cost money to add sour cream to a burrito at this taco bell, and not others? Why is adding chicken nearly an entire $1 more expensive than others. I have an idea, other taco bell locations don't milk it like you do, so the unsuspecting buyer who always adds sour cream out of habit, and is never charged for it, spends that extra .70 unsuspectingingly & unknowingly unless they check their receipt or ask. It is huge amounts of money? No. But it's 99.99% profit. Expand that across the large volume of sales this store does, and it is suddenly a very significant amount of money. Money I'm sure doesn't go to the people who are working here. The taco bell app is great, because being able to quickly swap between different stores pricing really shows just how crooked you as a business owner are. Staff here have always been good to me, and I have no issues with the service. The foods been right as often as I can recall. However there's been more than one occasion where I've driven to a different taco bell just out of principle. I'm not interested in paying for your new car by being charged .70 for sour cream & a $1.70 for chicken. You are scum. This location also likes to delist the build your own cravings box on the app as it's the only fairly priced thing at this location, they don't do it for the vegetarian one version though. Because no one buys it anyway. Crooked as can be. There's been more than one time where the non vegetarian cravings box is delisted at this location, and not others. All of the menu items in it, still available individually, so it isn't for a lack of inventory....

The most unprofessional taco bell I've ever been to for eating in the past. Went for a late night meal around 10:30pm. This location is drivethru/mobile pickup only and both lines were extremely long. As soon as you get close to the building, you cold hear the personal music from the kitchen bumping louder than the company that's played in rest of the seating area. The employee taking orders sounded impaired and even denied a pick up order being given directly to another customer upon its completion by another employee for some unknown reason delaying that transaction being completed. The request for 'no lettuce' was not followed even though it is listen on the receipt. None of the food looked like it was supposed to look compared to any other of the same taco bell item I've ever ordered in the past. Not only were they missing many normally ingredients like potatoes for the cheesy Fiesta potatoes or even hot sauce, they included napkins that were obviously from the bathroom of the restaurant. This experience was horrible. I'd give it a 1 star however it seemed that most of this was the issue of the inexperienced manager on duty at the time. The mobile order unit line was not used properly resulting in cars having to back up from it and go inside to wait for their order too. Easily the poorest ran taco bell I've ever been to for eating and I've been to some pretty weak locations...

They have the worst customer service and just rude mannerisms. I felt so cheated out of my money based upon my experience with the employees. The quality of the food compared to other Taco Bell's is not up to par. They literally told me they had no Sodas, ice or water available because the machine was not working. Not even two minutes later one of the male employees come and get ice and water out of the machine. I say he just got ice and water. Then one of the other female employees YELLS " my head boss said not to give drinks to customers from the machine". I should mention she yelled in a condescending manner. What happened to the days of treating customers with respect after all customers are the reason you get a pay check... Oh don't let me forget they offer 1 free taco coupon for them not having drinks to serve with the meals that is included with the meal price that you pay. When what they should of done is took the price of the drink off of the meal. Horrible experience and I just visiting this place. I couldn't imagine living here and having to deal with the disrespectful that I experienced...
