Asian Bites Pho & Fusion Kitchen — Restaurant in Smyrna

I only ate here once and I will NEVER eat here again. Ordered a lunch special, when I arrived to pick it up the price was different than what was online on their website. I told the women that and she’s stated “did you go on the right website.” So I showed her the website and she said “Oh sorry the price wrong online.” 🙄 I was annoyed but still purchased the food because of their reviews. Well that was a mistake, when I ate it for my lunch break at work I found a piece of hair in it. I have blonde hair .. and the hair in the food was black. I then called the restaurant back notified the manager about my issue and the manager told me if I brought the plate back up he will remake it. I stated that I threw it away (why would I keep a plate that had hair?) He then told me he cannot honor a remake because I threw it away. I instantly got upset and expressed to him that this was my first time ever eating there and I’m really disappointed, he said that he can give me 20%. Excuse me.. I first was overcharged because honestly you needed to honor the price online, then I have hair in my food and the best you can give me is 20% off my next meal? Seeing more flaws with each visit. I go often since my son loves the sastay chicken on the stick and the rice. However with my last visit I called to place my order and I was left on hold until I literally drove to the restaurant (10 mins always). Even after I arrived and gave my order in person, i still stay on the line but this time I wanted to see how long it would take for them to take my order over the phone. They never did come back to the phone and finally I said something to the cashier and she checked the phone line to see that I was still holding. Eventually she apologized. Yes, it was busy when I arrived but obviously they can’t execute well during busy times. Also the food quality isn’t the best or it’s not as consistent. A few times I’ve ordered the shrimp fried rice but they constantly load it with huge chunks of onions so now it is an onion fried rice instead. Clearly way more onions then shrimp or chicken. The last visit I was picking up to go, the host told me they didn't allow you to remove the cilantro.. What? So I ordered tai and nam pho, they gave me tai and gau instead (after 40 min of waiting). She went back and put extra tai in the box. At 45min I was too irritated to correct her and just left even though I didn't want the fatty brisket in my pho. I asked if I could speak to a manager and get a refund because it was an incredibly long wait to box up a tiny amount of food in an empty place. She said there was no manager in. A couple had come in 15 min after I arrived and she was slow to start serving them but then they had appetizers and meals before I could get a box of things I have to combine and aren't complicated to pack up.
