Culver’s — Restaurant in Snellville

I don’t live near a Culver’s, but I sometimes drive out to see my friend and we often eat here. We are able to chat, eat, and enjoy a free treat after completing a survey. I knocked it down a star only because the last time I went, I could see that it was lacking in some areas- maybe it was the time of day, different from when we usually go. There were many tables not wiped down and the food runners should have noticed them, but didn’t. They could have said something- the table next to us was dirty for the hour we were there until a family requested for it to be cleaned. I have worked in fast food- it can be hard to keep up with the orders and the tables, but an hour was too long. The other reason was the onion rings were very overcooked. The temperature of the burger was also not hot enough- the cheese didn’t even melt. It was disappointing- again, never happened on other visits. Usually everything is awesome.

Besides that, they were friendly and we had a great time. This one time visit will not keep me from going back. I am going to chalk it up to a blue moon. So, don’t be afraid to say something if your table isn’t clean or the food isn’t hot enough. They are usually spot on and are ready to help in anyway. Think of it as a chic-fil-a atmosphere but with beef 😂. I highly recommend for anyone that has yet to try it. Prices aren’t that much different from what I would spend at Wendy’s or McDonalds for a value meal. I spent just under $12 and at Wendy’s, it is almost $16-$20. And yes, I even had bacon on the burger. And as I mentioned, if you complete the survey, you get a free scoop of custard, just have to pay for the toppings (which cost me $0.95 for two toppings).

So, go to Culver’s and enjoy...

I was blown away by the level of service given in a burger joint. With my wife and I both previously working in food service, we always pay close attention to the entire operation no matter where we land to eat a meal. While waiting to fill our drinks, the manager (Darnell?) was coaching a few team members on how to properly walk through the dining area and keep the general cleaning up so as the night moved forward it would remain manageable. My wife and I both looked at each other and said, "wow, even I feel motivated to keep this place clean".

As we carried on with our meal, we picked it apart, as usual. Our two kids usually enjoy the conversation and join in with there own critiques. Our oldest noticed the same manager swiftly moving about the restaurant and as he swung by our take he greeted us, almost knowing we had never been to this location before. He piped up and said he recognized my wife and kids from the night before and they replied with, "it was too good not to come back for seconds".

This quickly sparked up a conversation of how long the location had been open and why he chose to work there. This man's passion went far beyond the restaurant, cleaning, and managing his crew. It was an obvious light in his eyes, as my wife told me later that evening.

Not only would I recommend this restaurant, and location, I want to extend a heart-felt Thank You to the the entire crew and let them know my experience was unforgettable. Kind of crazy for a Butter...

The absolute worst Culver's experience EVER!!! Have only been to this location in ATL and its horrible. The Culver's experience is suppose to be made to order hot and fresh and was not! The butter toasted bun was cold on the bottom how can something out the toaster still be cold? Asked for my fries to be fresh out of the oil, as I like piping hot fries!! Please let me know which oil you are purchasing so that I may never buy it! I asked for a remake on the fries because they were not hot but a mere luke warm. Before I could make it back to my seat from the counter she was behind me with fries stating they were freshly made, and they were not because fries dont cook that fast and if made to order how are you meeting me back at the table in less then a min.?? I started my Culver's experience in Missouri and maybe thats where I have to travel if I want it done correctly. There when you place an order it takes about 15m because everything is being made to order unlike here with my initial order I got it in 3 mins. Save your money and go to a different location because this one is ruining the name and reputation...
