The service here is terrible reallly need to consider bettefo. I hate going here but I go because it’s the only Dunkin I. Route to work but today was my last time giving them my money. The lady who I am going to assume is a manager she has a bad attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME she is maybe a middle age lady who works the early morning shift. I asked for a refresher but mistakenly forgot to request lemonade instead of green tea. Not knowing that the lemonade was discontinued because I usually ask for coconut milk with it. I told her I was not satisfied with my drink could she make it with lemonade and can I have the magi refresher instead. She was so rude about it and tells me lemonade had been discontinued for months why didn’t you know that. Next time just ask for mango upfront. Like it was the end of the world for her to give me a different drink. I just can’t believe her attitude was...

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. I ordered a coffee with oatmilk, but when I took a sip, it was clear there was no oatmilk in it. I politely let the woman at the drive-thru know, and instead of simply adding oatmilk, she started yelling at me, insisting that it was already in the coffee and claiming oatmilk doesn’t have any taste.

As someone who drinks oatmilk regularly, I know it has a distinct flavor, and I’m confident it wasn’t in my coffee. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and made the experience uncomfortable. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but it’s another to be rude to a customer.

I hope Dunkin’ takes this kind of behavior seriously and ensures better customer service...
