BE AWARE!!!!!!This is my honest review, maybe someone can explain it to me. I purchased 5 cookies and a small cup of ice cream, the total was $19.55. I paid with a 20.00 bill, but as I was leaving, I noticed I did not get my change. 0.45 cents, the young lady informed me they do not give change back, that she thought I gave her the 20.00 bill and to leave it like that. It was upsetting and awkward, I have never experienced anything like it in any part of the world. Seriously, first and last time, I am in disbelief a business would use such policy to keep people's hard earned money 💰, how do you call that?? I stopped by here with my husband and friend for the first time. We absolutely loved it here for our first visit.

The staff were super nice and very patient with our orders.

The food was amazing! Two of us ordered small waffle cup ice creams with toppings mixed into our ice cream. They fold the toppings into the ice cream on a cold stone right in front of you and have the toppings displayed behind a glass so everyone can see and choose easily. We also got a small shake that had a cookie mixed into it which was also delicious! Additionally, we ordered a small bag of cookies ( Buy 5, get 1 free ) and they were also very good. They're pretty big in size, but they're very delicious!

I recently took my grandson there for a treat. He was happy with the mixture he ordered; I ordered an ice cream cookie sandwich. The picture on their menu and promo poster showed about 3/4" to an inch of ice cream evenly spread between two cookies. Instead, I got two cookies with a small lump of ice cream towards one side. Aside from that, we had to unstack the chairs and move a table away from the wall to sit in the restaurant - the attendant couldn't be bothered to do it. There were no napkins in either napkin dispenser. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom either. Of course these days we're shamed into tipping before we know if service is even marginally decent, but that attendant surely didn't merit the tip I included when...
