We've been eating here either through delivery or dine-in for a few years (since 2021). One of my favorite local restaurants for lunch or dinner.

Access into the restaurant hasn't caused me any issues, though there are a few small/smooth bumps at the entrance/exit and the corridor to the restroom is narrow, the floor is smooth with enough space for a walker or rollator and there's no bumps, stairs, or steps once inside. Accessibility at their location is good.

I like the atmosphere but it's admittedly not for everyone, it feels small-town and family owned. If you like well-worn leather seats and up-front notices about changes in pricing so it's not unexpected (something that's really there for the regulars who'd notice a big change like that) and can appreciate a vibe that's more like a family-owned place that's been around forever you'll like it here.

Their menu is clearly labeled for allergens, has options for anybody and everybody, the staff is attentive and kind, and the food is good.

The crab fried rice is a new chef special and it's amazing. I love the Pho and the sizes are huge. Entrees are best shared with the table having a little bit of everything. My roommate is pescatarian and they love every vegetarian and vegan option they've tried. I love every option I've tried.

I almost always get the ginger tea,...

Terrible Customer Service Yesterday August5,2021 I along with two other co-workers came in on yesterday. The waitress sat us at a table, she never offered us anything to drink. But, brought three glasses of water. A man that came in nearly 10 minutes after we arrived was seated, offered a drink and his order was taken. He then received his food. We had to ask for our order to be taken, we were still never offered a drink. We had to ask for the check. The other two patrons paid with their card, I paid with cash. There was a younger gentleman who took my check and money to get change. He came to the table as the waitress who had not been to our table the entire time of dining there except when we called her or at that moment to question if I wasn't going to leave a tip for the waiter. I stated no. And I didn't leave a tip. We have been there before and have enjoyed the food with the exception of yesterday. My food was good for the 5 minutes that I was allowed to enjoy it. Having to bring to work and then take something home that was by then no good was both a waste of my time and money. How would you feel if you spent $15 on a lunch you didn't have a chance to eat or...

Today was my second eating here with my wife. We both ordered the same meal the first time we ate here which was 3 weeks ago. This time my meat portion was literally half the size than the last time, was burnt and supplemented with a bunch of broccoli. The meal (sesame chicken & fried rice) did not come with broccoli the first time around. I politely told the gentleman who works alongside the older lady that the meat was burnt and he simply replied: “I will let the boss know” and walked off with no concern. Secondly, there was a long hair in my fried rice but due to the initial response I received from the gentleman I didn’t address this until I asked for the check. When I collected the check I informed the older lady about this being the reason why I hadn’t eaten the rice, to which she replied with: “it happens sometimes when cooking the food”. A little decency and concern all around would have been appreciated. I paid my bill ($37) and left. I have been left with the impression that they are only concerned about financial profit/gain at the expense of customer service and satisfaction. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM...

I’ve eaten at this restaurant several times. Back in February 2025, I ordered a veggie pho with veggie and found something unusual in it — it was yellow with a red, fleshy appearance. I pointed it out to the server, who said it was a mushroom, but I’ve never seen a red mushroom before. Shortly after eating it, I developed a severe rash all over my body that lasted for months. At the time, I wasn’t sure if the food caused it, so I stopped eating there for a while. About six months later, I tried the pho again and didn’t have any problems. However, I ate there again last week, noticed the same red and yellow ingredient in my food, and now my skin is breaking out badly again — just like before. The worst rash of my life and it wasn’t a from an allergic reaction,

The other pho place was closed and I'm glad cause I came here and they were fantastic! They have a separate vegan menu which I really appreciated. We got the veggie pho and added tofu and it was packed with veggies and the broth was DELICIOUS! Best I've had so far. My mom got the chicken pho and loved it! Got it to go and everything was packed with love. They got these cute to go packs with everything you need - chopsticks, spoon, fork, hoisin and sriracha and a bag of toppings! Its perfect and this will be my go to place now!
