When I called the psycotic manager to let her know our order was NOT right she began to scream in my ear like some inbread ignorant hillbillie who's father is her uncle type situation. I have no clue how anyone in their right mind can deal with these scum bag's but to each their own. And when she refused to even fix my order and I asked for the owners info she screamed at me again lol. As in why she's probably a manager at a pizza place that really sucks. So I'll be getting the information myself and contacting the better buisness buero. Some people " Actually know how to do those thing's " lol pathetic and poor customer service . And since now you want to get on here and LIE. I never ordered medium honey lol WE both established that didn't we when my 13 year old son actually gave the phone to the person who ordered and the adult you couldn't take advantage of which btw all my calls are recorded since I actually own a " Decent buisness " with polite employees. So don't play games because I also have the call from the order recorded and the nasty greasy boxes still in the trash out front. WE ordered your one topping 2 pizza with cheesy bread meal. We wanted Canadian bacon and was told your low brow place don't have it that you only have ham or bacon so we ordered bacon on one and extra cheese on the other to which we got pineapple and olives on the other. That was all explained to you and I'll be happy to let the owner listen to the recording to where you refused to give me his or her number. Etc... Etc.. Read moreOrder not delivered is one thing but the owner/manager may be the rudest person and has no place in customer service. Placed an order for delivery and Slice was used for delivery service. Prior to paying, it stated an hour for order to be delivered. Once order completed, it stated delivery time of 7:05-7:15 which was actually longer but no big deal. At 7:18, I did not see a way to track it with Slice and it said to call the restaurant so I did. I asked where the order was and wanted to know how much longer; kids were chewing on the furniture. The lady that answered went into some prerehearsed speech about how busy they are but it will be there however didn't answer my question when. I asked to speak to the manager and she became very condescending and said my order was not that late. I told her she could have let me know that it would be more than an hour when I ordered. I could have chosen elsewhere. When asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me. REMEMBER at this point she said she was the manager. I was upset bc she was not helpful at all. When I asked again when it would arrive, she said what's the big deal. I got more upset and asked for the owner and she said it was her. Should have heard her tone. She wouldn't cancel the driver tip and wouldn't cancel the order. I'm giving details bc this lady truly has no business serving people. Read moreI normally don't write negative reviews -- I understand mistakes can happen, and COVID-19 has thrown everything into chaos. However, my last visit to Pizzeria Mozz was highly disappointing. I placed an order on DoorDash -- It was supposed to be ready by 12:10. I arrive at 12:15, and there was no one there. The door was locked. I try calling, and there was no answer. I drive back to my job, call again at around 12:23, and the employee that answered said he'd just arrived and they were running behind. He said he didn't see my order, and I explained that it was on Doordash. I said it was a Small Mediterranean Pizza. He said that if I wanted to come back, the pizza could be ready in 10 min. That's about how long it takes me to drive back, so I agree. I arrive at around 12:35, and they say to give them a few minutes. At around 12:45 (20 minutes instead of 10), my pizza came out, I drive back to work. All of this, I could have ignored, cause I can work at my desk and eat my pizza. However, I then realize that my order is all wrong. I had ordered a Mediterranean, no onions with Artichoke Hearts at a 1.00 extra charge. However, I had received a Margherita Pizza.
