McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

So this is my story - I used to visit this McDonald's every single morning because it's right down the street from my job. I always, always get a Large Caramel Frappe with extra caramel. Well, on this particular day last week, I made my order and when I get to work I start my working day while drinking my Frappe, all of the sudden I feel something in my mouth. I pull it out of my mouth and its it's a finger nail! That was inside my drink. I immediately, became sick And ran to the bathroom and started throwing up. It was so disgusting.. so once I finished, I called this McDonald's. I spoke to someone by the name of Kim, I explained what happened and she said she was sorry and to come by the next day. She said that the managers name was Renee. I'm not sure which one was whom; Nevertheless, she said that I should come the next morning, that they are going to talk to me and they would replace my drink for free. She asked for my number. Well, the next morning I went back and requested to speak both the supervisor and the manager. Here come this lady with a very negative energy saying she was the manager. She's the black lady with one black color eye and the other blue. She not once apologized and all she had to say was that the machine was broke! I have yet to receive a phone call from any of them, and have definitely, not received Any compensation for the traumatic experience I had to endure at the hands of McDonald's. This situation has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never go back to that establishment. I started going back to Starbucks. At least I get great customer service there, and I don't have to drink anybody's disgusting body parts. Worst McDonald's in the entire Metro...

I went to the McDonald's off of broad river 29210 about 45mins ago. My order was 2 ice cream cones and a large drink. As I was getting my drink the manager gave my 2 little girls a bag of cookies a piece so they said thanks. They came and told me while I was fixing my drink and I asked did they say thank you. They said yes. So I said ok where is yale ice cream? I didn't order cookies, I asked my oldest to get the receipt of the counter from by the register where I left it and was like o ok so the person that rung our order up was handing my oldest her come then the manager comes and takes the cookies from my kids out of their hands as they were eating them and threw them away without saying anything to me or them. So I said u don't give kids cookies or anything then while they're eating them take and throw them away in their face because you gave out the wrong order. So the lady at the register thought the same thing I was thinking oh that was nice because we knew I didn't order cookies. So I ended up getting them some. So as I asked the cashier for a customer service number she points out the store number the manager I have the issue with answers the phone. I said no I want someone over her not this store number. The manager wouldn't give me her name nor did she have on a name tag. Neither would the cashier give me her name. My kids thought that was very nice of her is what my youngest said. They are 5&7 and you just don't take food from out of someone hand that they're eating especially a child and just throw it away. We will never eat there again and I've been here 8 years and eat there almost 6to8 times a week never...

I came into the McDonald’s on broadeiver road Columbia SC and orderd a 10 piece chicken McNugget and told them I wanted them fried fresh I got my nuggets and they were raw. As I was sitting in the store a McDonald’s worker was sitting in a seat cursing and being all loud i asked him to refrain from the language and he said he was sorry! I then asked one of the workers to ask the manager to come see my raw nuggets and when he came over I asked home to replace them, he walked off and never returned. After I ate the few good ones I went to the counter and told the manager that what he did was unprofessional and that I was a owner in Mcdonals stock and that was not good for business! He then replied you don’t know me and he did not care who I was! All I wanted was my moneys worth! After he was so rude I told him I was gonna call the owners and let them know how there store was being run! He then went and got his phone and said he was gonna call the police for trespassing! I left without any trouble even though I had every right to be in the store! After leaving the store the manager came out into the parking lot like he was taking my tag number to give to police! I will never go back in this store ever again! It’s people like this that make the Mcdonals brand look so bad! And I will be calling to talk to owners about the poor service and unprofessional that I saw in the store! Makes me wanna sell all my...
