Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is Moe's SW Grill on 1751 Pleasant Rd in Fort Mill, SC. The food was great as usual, but their service has gone downhill a bit. I visited at peak dinner hours around 6:30pm on a Saturday, so I will give them a little slack on that, there were about 10 people in line ahead of me, but the wait to get through the line and have my order taken was unusually long. Then it took a while for them to make my burrito too. The guy in front of me ordered a kids plain cheese quesadilla, and they misplaced it and had to make him another. They were running low on food items, but they were quickly replenished on the spot, which was a plus. Seems there were relatively new employees there too, so hopefully things will improve. The food was great as usual. The Homewrecker burrito is always great, and all the ingredients used were fresh and very tasty as usual. Very satisfied with the customer service received today! I was given a gift card by my coworkers and when I went to use it it was not working. Instead of them making me feel bad about it oh, they were very reassuring and walk me through what I should do to check on the balance. They were very polite and displayed amazing customer service which is what I look for when I go to places. I always say you never know what a person is going through so it's important to treat every person with respect and this place gave me that ease of mind. When I have had bad service at other places I never returned and I made sure to spread the word. I will make sure that I spread the word of how wonderful this Moes is in Fort Mill! Update: Moe’s is one of the best franchises ever. Locations can vary a little, but I’ve never been disappointed. This location is excellent. I’ve been there more than any other location. My recent visit was A+ excellent. The food is always great, and the staff here is excellent. Great service, very friendly, and the cashier even pointed out I have a bunch of rewards points I didn’t know about. Pricing everywhere has gone up, and Moe’s is no exception. But it’s a good value for excellent food and I’ll continue going there because it never disappoints.
