I will change this review, if I find that your admin does something about the comment your employee wrote on a certain public safety servants cup. A derogatory threatening acronym was the message your employee wrote on the cup. It is one that members of antifa/anarchists use against public safety. I know a vast majority of the police and fire personel in this area and I ve never seen such:care professionalism, understanding, and highly trained incredible people. So to have a message sent to one that this person doesn't know helps nothing. I had got a coffee from a different location and they did not make it good at all it was straight foam for a blended drink. I understand beans and brews is a franchise but because the employees weren't willing to help or remake my drink and told me I would pay another 6$ it was super frustrating. It definitely makes me not want to come back to this location even more. I have sadly had this happen to me once before and a different location had re made it it was super kind of them. I’ve been a frequent beans & Brews customer for several years now. I’m talking 5 days a week or so, for 15+ years. This is the ONLY location who gets my drink order right. I ask for my hot drinks at Kids Temp and nearly every other location repeats my order back but says “less hot” instead of “kids temp” which is a completely different temperature. This one always repeats it back correctly AND actually makes my drink at kids temp....
