Pizza is very good but it is heavy. One slice will fill you up and the taste is fantastic. Dine in atmosphere has a good vibe and energy. Live band plays out in the patio area. Probably my favorite pizza.

However,……

If you order carryout on a busy weekend, be prepared to wait in a long line to pick up your order. You have to wait in the same line as guests who are looking to dine in. and Orders for dine in are taken before you sit down. This is frustrating because new arrivals tend to hum and ha over their selection while everyone behind them waits. Not fun when their is a big group or people with complicated orders and you just want to pick up a pizza you already paid for over the phone.

For carryout, it Seems like they need to get with the times and do curbside pick up or something a little better than the current option for those who have already paid and selected their order and just want to pick up their pizza and go home. Not to mention the fact their pizza is sitting on a shelf getting cold while you stand in line waiting to pick it up.

For dine in, maybe have people order while they are seated at their table instead of ordering at the register when they first arrive. If labor is tight, then invest in some technology to enable people to submit the orders through an electronic device at each table. Seems like this would be a more efficient and less frustrating option than the current model.

Normally I would give this place a five star for a pizza joint but because of the experience I had when ordering over the phone for carry out, …….four...

The Pie offers good pizza that's not too expensive, a great atmosphere, and protected outdoor seating. This is one of the places that I bring all of my out of state guests to eat.

Atmosphere: The restaurant has a fun, grunge vibe. The interior brick walls have all been graffitied by patrons who wrote their names and love letters to their significant other. There's rock and roll music playing constantly with classic bands's posters throughout the establishment. It's a lot of fun if you like rock music and want a throwback to the 80's when leather and motorcycles were all that mattered.

Seating: There's two floors of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating that is open year round thanks to the giant fireplace that keeps the area warm. The outdoor area is protected by mesh that keeps the bugs out so that you can enjoy your meal without having to defend your food from the swarms. Between the indoor and outdoor seating, I've never experienced an issue trying to find space to sit, regardless of my party's size.

Pricing: You definitely get what you pay for, meaning that the food is worth the asking price. Of course, nobody would complain if they stopped the base price for the pizza $1 or $2.

Food: The pizzas are all great, regardless of the top ngs you order. They throw tons of cheese on, which is great if you're a cheese lover. Honestly, the bread sticks (pull aparts) aren't that great, so you can skip those and just order another...

So, I am an original Pie Pizzeria guy. Was a little skeptical heading into a franchised spot. However, the outcome was pretty good. The pizza at this location is not the 4.5 stars currently on the site, but was good generally. It is just a very heavy pizza good for feeding a bunch of people. I have to say, the store appearance was underwhelming. It is located in a newer area, but not a clean facility. They also kind of berate you when entering by asking you not to do the same to their short staff facility. Like people inherently walk in to yell at the employees there. Two pizzas were estimated to take 45 minutes however, I showed up 15 mins early and they were already done. Not sure if the assessment just was off or they over estimate their pickup times. Recommend arriving a little early to ensure your pizza isn't just sitting around. Delivery was estimated to be 1 hour 15 minutes. There was also an operator error with the card machine. Said my debit, which is always good was coming back declined. Proceeded to give them another card with same results. A young lady came over and manually input the numbers and it worked. Those issues drive delays on an already low employee profile. Might want to make sure systems are green. Location does not offer...

Dirty Table. That was out first impression. Big pet peeve of mine. Dirty front of the house usually means dirty back of the house. We ordered the wise guy pie and the cinnamon pull apart. It took forever to get our order as I looked on at our dirty table. Unfortunately the dessert came out first. It was very undercooked. It was like eating bread with cinnamon on top. Didn't enjoy it at all. Our pizza finally came out and it also was undercooked. The crust was doughy. The balsamic reduction on top was too powerful of a topping and it made the pizza not very enjoyable. We had friends with us who ordered just after us. We were finished eating before they finally got their pizza. Their pizza was cold because the restaurant lost it. They finally found it and passed it off as a fresh pizza. They will never get my business again. The staff was either not trained properly or relished in poor service. The lamps above their tables are too low. I bumped my head on them twice. That was like the cherry on top.
