I felt the need to come and write a review in hopes that someone in McDonald's management will take notice and actually do something. Yesterday was the last time i will ever come to this location. Don't get me wrong, i love McDonald's and their food, but this particular location has to go. The problem is, i understand that this is amercias first job, but they take it to the extreme. You would think these kids, and i say kids because i thought i saw a 14 year old yesterday, have no idea what customer service is. Just using yesterday as an example: I was waiting to order my food. Then some lazy kid stoles over to the other counter and just stands there. Finally, the guy behind me somehow noticed he was open (maybe he should have announced it) and he cut in front of me, getting his food first. Then, after an unreasonable amount of time waiting for one big mac (10 mins) i received my food and went home. To find that the order was wrong. AGAIN. This must be literally the 5th time in a row they have screwed up my order. It's like they don't even listen to you when you're talking. So i'm done with this location, i'd rather just travel a little further for better customer service. The main problem with this location is that they hire literal kids to work here. They socialize and laze around, they don't engage customers and they don't care about what they are doing. As another person said in their one star review: its just a bunch of kids with no direction. And management doesn't seem to care, because they can be as bad as they are. I remember the first time i went to this location, i wanted to try the new chicken fingers. The kid at the counter, if you can believe it, didn't know what i was talking about. A Manager had to turn around and tell him. It is UNREAL how horrible this place it, you would think that McDonald's management would be all over this, but a year has gone by, if not more, with this kind of activity and no one does anything. Read moreI went to this location last night on my break from work. I was behind a young man on a skateboard who was trying to order. Many people tried helping him out but the employees were refusing his service. A nice woman tried to help him order and he was refused, and in fact the employees stopped responding completely. Then a gentleman in his vehicle at the other speaker got them to answer him and the man waved the young man over and he was able to order. When he got to the pay window they refused to allow him to pay, saying he needed to be in a vehicle. I allowed him into my car to get him to pay, and once this was done we asked if he needed to be in a vehicle to pick it up and they said yes! They even went as far as to offer a refund to this young man for the food if he could not pick it up in a car. I have never seen anything like this. As someone who has worked this pandemic in the fast food industry, I understand it’s frustrating to have kids come through the drive thru without a vehicle, but to refuse service in every way possible was just beyond me. I did not see if the lobby was shut down, but if it was, what was this man’s next option? I learned he was also on break from his job at the mall. He was not trying to cause any issues. If there were issues with him in the past I understand, but this kind of service was just crazy. I can’t imagine going through these lengths to completely...

i’ve been staying at my aunt’s with my boyfriend and we decided to hit up the closest mcdonald’s in the area for breakfast. we ordered online and got there around 10:05am. the woman that gave us our food was such a sweetheart and was super professional & polite! the reason i am giving only 3 stars is because the second we got home we realized we were missing our water, one of our mcgriddles, & a hash brown. when we opened the bag, one of the mcgriddles we had ordered was out of the wrapper and at the bottom of the bag. however, the mcgriddle could have fallen out of the wrapper when it was in the truck while we were coming home, and i would like to clarify that i am not saying this is the woman’s fault at all, as it was super busy and she was obviously stressed. the cheese danish we had received was squished and looked like it had been tampered with. please if possible, i would like a refund for my hash brown, cheese danish, sausage egg & cheese mcgriddle & water that i mistakenly did not receive, as it won’t let me get a...
