Organ Loft — Local services in South Salt Lake

Organ Loft is a unique cinematic experience that is a treat for a movie fan. The organist, Blaine Gale, has been playing the Wurlitzer for silent movies for 35 years in a building that started out as a chicken coop. This is a live music performance, just as silent movies were shown 100 years ago. I don't know of another showing like this. Wurlitzers are still being played elsewhere, but not like Blaine does with the movie. Last week was Lon Chaney's Phantom of the Opera. This is the best Halloween movie of all time. I had my wedding here this last May and let me tell you it was BEAUTIFUL!! I could not have picked a better venue like this for my husband and I! What you get here is absolutely authentic, historic, timeless and enduring! We had an old Hollywood theme and this was the perfect setting for our wedding! Larry and his family are so great to work with as well! The price is extremely affordable and they offered a bar service where you provide the liquor and it was exceptional, my guests had an absolute blast! These memories I have made here...

I came to watch a silent film. This was a unique experience that people should experience if they enjoy film as an art form. The people hosting these events are very passionate about what they do and they do it well. The organ player is so talented and does well in captivating the audience.
