Arby's — Restaurant in South Union Township

Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. As a Commercial driver, I cannot take my truck thru the drive thru, so I walked to the dining room and, finding it closed, I tried walking thru the drive thru.

At first, the attendant would not answer me (and, according to another customer, who was at the drive up window, she was loudly making fun of me inside.) Then she came to the door as I was walking away and arrogantly told me the lobby was closed. I politely explained that I understood but was willing to use the drive thru instead. Then she asked where my car was. I pointed to my truck and then she told me that not having a car was my problem and they couldn't serve me.

Her attitude was arrogant and totally uncalled for. I truly hope she gets fired for the attitude. I will never set foot in this garbage place again. And yes, corporate...

Placed order online and paid for it in advance with credit card when I got there they could not fulfill my order and claimed they could not give refund what kind of business can't give a refund in a situation like this they acted like I was wrong for wanting a refund and threatened to call the police on me needless to say I will not be going there again what a poor way to do business. Update tomorrow makes 1 week since I was ripped off owner reply stating to give more info on there customer link has been completely ignored not response no refund so I must conclude that is just an attempt to make themselves look like they care when it would seem that they don't...

I ordered take out this morning from the dining room. To the best of my recollection, this is my first time visiting this establishment. They have signs on their doors advising us to be kind to the employees who show up, as lots of places are understaffed these days. This is an understandable measure given the Great Resignation. I must have had the good fortune to come on one of their better days, as everyone in the kitchen was cordial and polite, from the cashier to the cooks.
