Great American Cookies — Local services in Southaven

I came in here as I usually do to get my niece a cookie. Out of all 3 female employees who were behind the counter, NONE of them spoke but conveniently spoke to the lady who came in behind us. Honestly, it seemed intentional. Because I love my niece, I still purchased what I was after. However, upon leaving, I had to give my niece the "talk" about NEVER patronizing establishments where you are clearly not welcomed. I will never go back here under any circumstances and I caution those who have been treated the same here to not give them your business either. Clearly they are under new management by that experience. I'll drive to Wolfchase or bake my own before they get another...

Stopped by this cookie store during a recent trip to the outlet and ordered the 5 plus 1 special they consistently run. They also sell cookie cakes, cookie cake slices, cookie sandwiches, brownies, and a variety of drinks.

The cookies are not bad, they're soft and moist but they could be better. They're sweet and match the flavor profiles but they are missing the butter flavor that homemade cookies usually have. So if you want something sweet to eat, you can stop here but it would not be my first recommendation ...

I walked in and placed an order for a large birthday cookie as well as a large number of double doozies. The owner himself put my order together along with his assistant. They even quickly made the cookies that were not already available. When I went to leave the store the owner stated that he was headed toward the front office near where I was parked. He offered to help carry my order and did just that, all the way to the car! With yummy cookies like these and customer service like that I will be back...
