Let me start by saying the 2 stars is based on an experience we had Saturday, not the store as a whole. We love the store and the products and have had good experiences before. However. . . We went into the store around 5 Saturday. There were four staff members working, no other customers in the store. They four staff members proceeded to talk loudly to the point of making it hard to concentrate on shopping. They were discussing things and ways that others had stolen things from the store in the past. We asked to see a watch behind a locked cabinet. They opened it quickly, opened all of them actually, then walked away and continued their loud conversation. One other group left rather quickly after realizing the staff was being so disruptive. Before leaving I confronted them, telling them how difficult it was to try to shop while they acted this way. They apologized then laughed and went right back to their way before we even got out of the store. If one of these staff members is a part of management you might want to reconsider your management choices. This is enough to make anyone not want to shop in this store. Read moreI went in looking for a pair of glasses I bought back in April that had broken. I was going to buy the same pair again, but they didn’t have them so I bought a different pair. It wasn’t until I was checking out that they mentioned warranties. I shouldn’t have had to buy a new pair to find out about warranty! Knowing that I had the broken pair, it should’ve been mentioned.
