AVOID TACO BELL AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE SO RUDE AND DO NOT DESERVE BUSINESS FROM ANY OF US!! I️ would give it 0 stars if I️ could, but 1 is the lowest. We drove out of our way to get to this Taco Bell because on google it said they were open until 4:30am. When we got here it said they were open until 4:00am. It was before 3:00am when we got here. We pulled up to drive thru and an automated voice said they were closed. We thought it was a mistake so we pulled up to the window. The lady in black in the pictures made us wait 5 minutes while she filled up a bunch of XL cups even though I️ know she saw us. She tried to wave us away but I wanted to know what was going on. She finally opened the window and said they were closed. I️ asked her why they were closed when the signs said they didn’t close until 4:00am. She said they closed early and when I️ asked her why she rolled her eyes and closed the window and locked it. I️ have never encountered someone so rude. We will not be going to Taco Bell again. And we will be telling everyone they should avoid Taco Bell as well. There is no reason to be rude to customers, especially when I️ am asking a simple question and not something crazy that she couldn’t answer. Needless to say we left immediately and we will not be going back to Taco Bell. This woman who is rude to customers needs to be dealt with. This is not the way to run a business. Very disappointed.

Family decided to have Taco Bell, so we can have something quick. Drove home only to realize that they messed up our order. We had one order missing, so we drove back to complain. This lady, I believe the manager, came up to the counter. I told her something is missing in my order. I showed her all the items in the bag. She goes, “What’s this?” pointing to one of the items, I said “I don’t know.” She asks me with a tone, “open it up!” I’m pretty shocked as I did not want to dissect my order. I want my taco/burrito rolled up, not naked! Instead of just taking back all the items and replace them with new ones, she asked me to open each item to figure out what’s in it to identify which order was missing. Like open up each item. I don’t work for Taco Bell so I don’t which is which! She’s pretty rude and unaccommodating. I’ve been to different places and very understanding when they mess up my order. In my experience, they’d take the items and replace with new ones, so just replace them. This lady made me open my food and asked me to identify each item. Mind you, she was doing this in the counter. She was also not wearing a hair net. So yeah, she sent me home with my dissected food and gave me the missing one. Not sure how much dirt she collected in the process. Also, there was no sympathy whatsoever considering how much of a hassle driving to there and back!

I could not take a picture of the fries, they were upside down in the bag.. I thought I heard the car behind me in the drive thru say something about Goo(Gue) Cheese, goop cheese, good cheese, or something of that nature after I ordered... Some of the fries had a weird taste, so did the lettuce on the taco. The taco meat had some normalcy to it's taste, but I tasted weird parts of the taco as well. Worth talking back for my refund, but for the quality of this review, I ate it all up. Went to this restaurant at 11:30p on a Saturday..... Could be a better experience overall.

I could not take a picture of the fries, they were upside down in the bag.. I thought I heard the car behind me in the drive thru say something about Goo(Gue) Cheese, goop cheese, good cheese, or something of that nature after I ordered... 2 stars over all because the food was good. I only gave the food 4 stars because everything was falling out when we got home, but it still tastes great. The service and atmosphere each only got 1 star. When we walked in the door, the girl that was standing at the counter ran away and stayed in the back for the better half of 10 minutes. The other girl who was taking care of the drive-through just kept staring at us. Neither one of them said one word. Finally, the girl that ran away came back but was talking to the girl running the drive-through for another 2ish minutes. She finally came to the counter and asked if she could help us. We told her we had a mobile order, and she said, (while covering her mouth laughing) "I need you to go through the drive-through." So we got in the car and went thru the drive-through, and of course, we were the only ones in the drive-through at that time. It made no sense for us to have to walk out of the building and go to the window. When we first got to the store, there was a person walking out with their mobile order. Then, when we had to walk out to go through the drive-through, there was another person walking in to get hers. We 100% clicked on "pick up in store." We do that for this TacoBell because they are known for missing items that were ordered. Then they get mad when you tell them because they think you are lying. So we like to check the bag in...

Usually this place is decently good during the early afternoons. Tonight, this place was the absolute worst! We went in about 9:30pm and order 4 of the $5 double chalupa boxes, 2 were supposed to have no cheese and no sour cream because i have a food allergy. After waiting about 10 mins, we got our food and went home. I opened my box to find that the chalupa was smothered in nacho cheese sauce.

We went back up to the store and went inside. My fiancé explained to them calmly that i can not eat sour cream or cheese and the item had nacho sauce on it. The manager was given the boxes and tried to say there was no cheese on them, when there clearly was. Appearently to them nacho cheese is "not cheese". She then made fun of my food allergy, me and my fiancé, and yelled about having to remake food. She even asked again to make sure and he told her: no sour cream and no cheese of any kind. After we got the remade boxes, we returned home to find that after all that... they were made wrong, again. This time the items had huge globs of sour cream on top of them. I had to give them to my fiancé as i could not eat them.

It's terrible to see how a restaurant can make fun of their customers because of an allergy and expect to keep business. I will not be returning to this establishment and i will be contacting corporate over the treatment i received. Don't waste your time and money here! go to...
