Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I absolutely love Jimmy John's but unfortunately this particular franchise owner doesn't want to treat her customers with common courtesy. I asked the simple question of whether the bacon was crispy or not (because sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't). If the bacon is crispy I get it on my sandwich. If it's not crispy then I get a sandwich without bacon. Very simple. For some reason this question was stretching it too far for this particular location b/c I was hung up on twice and then treated very rudely by the owner of all people! I was promised the bacon is always crispy (in a very rude way) so ordered my sammy w/ the bacon and received anything but crispy bacon. I then called to try and sort the issue out with the owner before I took to leaving a negative comment about her location and to everyone I know and she proceeded to tell me I'm just being a pain in the butt and she doesn't care if I come back. I said OK that's all I needed to know. Surprising she can treat customers like this and still be in business. I'm glad not all JJ franchise owners are like this. The customer comes...

This Is the last time....Fred, Isaac, chabellie & all other employees of this Jimmy john on Sullivan are TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES the most rude disrespectful people who I have ever encountered at a business establishment and in ALL of spokane. Who unfortunately can't even make a sandwich & remember to put a dollar-fifty pickle in the bag for the 4th time and deliver it right to my business, and then because of their mistake call me a liar over a pickle... seriously over a pickle, and then also put more money on my credit card than I authorized after I already disputed the charges with the bank this is a terrible establishment I will never go there, and I will never send any of my customers to them....I oblige anybody to go to a different location if you even still eat at this horrible franchise. When i come in a look for the # of sandwich i want and read the description of what’s on the sandwich. So i saw there was Onions so i asked if i can have it without onions. I can’t have mayo and tomatoes so i kept reading to make sure there isn’t any. So i got my sandwich and went back to work, i opened it and long behold was mayo and tomatoes. So i called them very politely and told them i can’t have mayo and tomatoes and if they can remake my sandwich please. The customer rep, rudely said no that’s not something we do here the menu says is has those items. (Here’s the catch, in very fine lettering under “CHOOSE YOUR SANDWICH” it says that.
