I usually don't do these reviews because I work in customer service and know how rough ratings can be... But I had some pretty bad customer service at the location on Sprague off of Sullivan..... I was handed my food but my cone was missing, the lady never came back to the window so i could tell her and cars were starting to pile up behind in the drive through... After about 10 to 15 minutes and after knocking on the window I called zips... Someone finally came to the window and asked for my receipt... She then brought me the wrong ice cream and also said that it wasnt all the way soft so I asked for a refund.... A few minutes later another woman came to the window and asked if i wanted a refund and I told her yes thats what i just told the previous employee and that I was getting upset that I wasnt being acknowledged and that no one came to the window to tell me that they were waiting for the icecream to harden in the first place(which the first lady that brought out my food had no idea i ordered a cone) they were so rude that I left without my refund and had cold food because I sat at that window for almost 20 minutes in total... No effort on any of the 3 employees that i spoke with to try and remedy a pretty simple...
Read moreI have been to this place twice now.. The first time we got our food just fine and sat down. About half way into eating they started making horrible jokes about the mentality disabled.. I then left because of how horrible that is.. it's been about 3 months since then. Went in at 4pm this evening to get our food only to be punched in the face by all the young men's cuss words they where putting in there conversation. I ignored this and went to set and wait for our food. As I'm sitting there the employees are still using foul language but now they are fake puking while they make my food. Now I don't have a week stomach but my bf does. He turned green almost getting sick from the sounds that the employees are making. I want to know where the manager was and why this was being allowed to go on... I will not return to this restaurant. But I will tell everyone I know to stay away. I also finally had enough of the young men and there actions that instead of the boss or who ever was in charge putting a stop to this, I the customer had to.. just unreal and poor employees, and the standards there bosses should set are...
Read moreI'm not one to write reviews on fast food to me it seems silly. However my mom decided she wanted Zips. I don't usually come to this specific location so I'm not sure how it normally is. Anyway we order then pull up to the first window after a little wait someone comes and grabs money. Very unfriendly and seems like she hates her job. Second window went fine grabbed our food and started to take off, I quickly looked through the bag and didn't see sauce, so I went back in to ask for sauce immediately I was told there was too many people and I needed to step back outside and so I let them know I just came in for sauce. The lady up front looked at me rolled her eyes and asked what sauce and what food I had ordered and then proceeded to tell me with the worst attitude that it was inside the wrapper with the actual food. The name on my receipt was Vanessa. So you can bet I won't be visiting that location again. I think everyone there might need some customer service...
