Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Well I made the mistake of ordering online. I ordered a giant philly cheese steak with extra meat and extra cheese. (G17) and a original Italian sub. One is served hot the other is served cold. When my wife arrived to pick up the subs the philly was already done and waiting in a bag. They served 6 other people before preparing the Italian sub. When my wife told them that the philly was sitting getting cold all she was told was sorry. Pick up time was scheduled for 6pm. I can clearly see that this location will be one of the first to close under new ownership. Now I have a cold philly cheese steak, I really love a crusty hard cheese on cold freaking meat. I tipped these incompetent fools to do a very very simple job that should not have been tipped in the first place since it had to be picked up. It isn't that difficult to coordinate putting together two sandwiches being done near the same time. Not 15 minutes apart. Not to mention that the girl putting vegetables on the sandwiches was taking care of the register and not changing gloves. I hope the health department reads this and observes this oversite. I will NOT be ordering from this location again. I will go down the street to Richey Cheese steak 26 dollars for a cold sub is bullshit. I hope the district manager contacts me before I contact them. Usually a fan of JM. First time at this location and most likely my last (even though I live in this area). Ordered a reg. original Italian & a tuna. The Italian was up to expectation however the tuna was beyond bad. Regulars know their prices are bit above others but don’t mind paying for good food. When I saw them take out the container of tuna I thought you can’t be serious. I somewhat blame myself for refusing to accept it, but I didn’t. The container looked like a bowl of soup (no exaggeration). A small thin smear of tuna was spread on the roll. I would have put more tuna on a dinner roll than they used. I paid $25 for a sub last week, I ordered extra meat bacon and cheese on it and didn't get the add-ons. I called and they told me they were going to replace it for me on my next visit which I was happy with.

I showed up today and asked if I could get a different sub, the cost was exactly the same to the penny and after I was told yes by the crew members and they began making the order, the manager came out and lectured me on their meat counts and why I couldn't get a different sub. 2 bad experiences in a row, this will be the last time I come here.
