*UPDATE-1/26/17 Since my last review I have spoken to PTs management to get my money lost in their ATM.They did not take responsibility for the money I lost in their ATM. They referred me to the ATM manufacturer GCS. Nor did I ever get my license back. This is why I don't encourage ANYONE to spend their time and hard earned money at this PT.s. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEY WON'T CARE.

THIS IS A RIPOFF REPORT! 1/21/17 On my last three visits to PT's Durango and Flamingo, I have had 3 bad experiences in a row promoting me to write this review. RIPOFF # 1.First, about 3 months ago I went in after 1 am to play and drink. I spent over a hundred dollars playing and ended up being charged for drinks. RIPOFF # 2. Last Sunday morning I decided to give them another chance. I went in once again to play and drink. after opening a tab with the bartender I went to the ATM there and withdrew 100 dollars. First transaction went ok. I then attempted to withdraw a hundred more when the machine apparently malfunctioned and didn't dispense my cash. So I did a third transaction and I received my cash for that one. Then I reviewed my account to find the faulty ATM withdrew 300 plus fees. RIPOFF # 3. It wasn't until I was in the grocery store that I discovered my drivers license was missing from my wallet. The only place I pulled out my wallet previously was PTs. Upon returning to the bar I was informed my license wasn't there. IT WAS SIMPLY NOT THERE! DO NOT visit this PTs .If you haven't already been ripped off you eventually will. One of the worst experiences tonight and I've been coming to this spot for years and might be my last time. Bartender Lisha just sucks, me and my buddy ordered our drinks waiting for about 10 mins for are drinks and watching her serve other customers right in front of us, had the nerve to come back to us and ask us for are order again. To top it all off I ordered my last drink before happy hour was over 1:30am and ask for the tab by 2:30am when I was done with my drink. This Bit@h!!! Had the nerve to charge me full price and said there was nothing she can do because she put in my order wrong. DAMN! and who's fault is that, Oh I paid the tab then she has the nerve once again to tell me, next time I come in she will get me, Fu@k you!!! This will be the last time I show up to this pt's if she's still working there. Just one of the worst experience and I wouldn't be surprised if she charged me full price and switched up my receipt after I left and pocketed half my tab, straight crook!!! Owners I understand you don't read these, but seriously I'm giving you the heads up people are fed up with the people you hire and the monopoly you are trying to create.

This is actually the first ever review i've done, but I was treated so badly I wanted to speak out. First off the bald bar tender actually made fun of my hair style and they not only messed up my order they totally over charged me. PTs as a whole has jacked up their prices and lowered what they offer for happy hour. I used to drive to this PTs because the one by my house had a bar tender that harassed the girl I was with, but now I'm never going to any of them again. To go into a place and have the workers make fun of you and expect a tip back is a joke. I'm making a stance to never patron...
