Starbucks — Restaurant in Spring Valley

This location needs a manager rehaul!!! I drove there after going to the location at Boca Park because I needed to have my drink remade, and the Boca Park location was closing for the day. So I looked to see which one was still open and there I was at the Decatur and Charleston store. I decided to call as I sat in the parking lot so that way the drink could be prepared ahead of getting in the drive thru line. A guy answers the phone and I tell him what happened with my drink and he says I have to let you speak to my manager. He puts me on hold, and a lady comes on the line, and I begin to tell her, and she can't hear me and hangs up. So I called right back and she answered the phone. I explained to her that I needed my drink remade, and she cut me off mid sentence and told me I had to go back to the Boca Park location. I explained that they are now closed but the drink is still cold because I had just bought it. She then tells me again that I have to go back there. I said no Starbucks policy is that I can have it remade at any location, and she hangs up in my face. I called back, and now the phone is busy, so I call again, and it rings, and it gets picked up and hung up. I called again and now it's busy. So I call the 1-800 number to find out the policy and as I'm talking to him a lady comes out to take trash to the dumpster while looking at me as I'm the only car in the lot on the phone looking right back at her. She walks fast back into the store, leaving the trash on the side of the dumpster. Guilty party, I assumed. But I found out that I was correct about the remake policy. I just headed back to my house because I didn't want spit or something in my drink. That lady has no customer service skills and should not even be a manager if she doesn't know company policies. I'd hate to see how the store is ran with managers like that. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Rude just...

“That first sip feeling.” Hi Starbucks this your old regular Cameron. I stop by today July 20th 2025 I wanna say thank you. Thank you being dam awesome. Still the same people some are new and is sad but that’s A O Kay ☺️ I love how I started working at goodwill down at (2020) the street and I got my first paid in check and I went here buying 12 drinks for my coworkers holding by myself walking and crossing the street lol. Then I come in usually just too see the cool people Brandon and so many people but the I don’t remember names I hearing and seeing them see me and saying hello and everyone knew my usual drink was funny in giggle moment. The drink is constantly better like no other Starbucks barista. The place is safe zone for me to be stressed free. And I mean it when I come here now my mind feels like it rewind time for me to relax and enjoy no problems in my mind. I love here and when I became a dad I brought my daughter here to show everybody and seeing my baby girl made there day bright with a smile made me happiest man This place is full of energy of enjoyable memories and I will always go here when I want some Starbucks coffee. This is place is perfect. Thank you. 💚

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I usually go to rainbow and flamingo where the customer service is always on 10 and they make sure they make their drinks with a passion! Only reason I came here is because I am 6 months pregnant and was craving a strawberry acai lemonade and my regular location I go to was closed. This is the worst drink I have ever had they came me a pinch of strawberries which I know they did not use proper measurement for it! Then when I requested more strawberries o got no apology for the drink and was handed another pinch of strawberries with a reused lid that wouldn’t even go back on the cap. Not only did my drink spill all inside my truck but on the outside as well then all over the drive thru metal banister! She walked away after handed my drink over so I was unable to recieve assistance. It is 8:38pm 9/28/2024 if you review the footage you guys will see the lady who did all this. Not only does my drink not have strawberries it has barely any flavor I am so not happy with this and will never come back tot his store again!
