Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Spring

Horrible customer service went to get my personal pizza made and the manager refused to make it saying they didnt have to provide that service, I've eaten at cici's since I was a kid granted it has changed it's not a full pizza anymore it's a small one but either way it's still a service they have always provided so I was confused. I had filled out the paper they make you fill out now and she refused stating "they are a franchise they dont have to follow corporate rules" I was very upset so I decided to call corporate while on there and they stated that I was correct that it is part of the buffet that if we pay for the buffet each person is entitled to 1 personal pizza I filed my complaint and they said to ask for a refund I went to the register and asked for my refund and the same manager JoJo came and said she couldn't do that because I ate the whole buffet I stated I was only doing what corporate asked me to do while corporate was on speaker hearing how argumentative she was and upset with me. I told her it wouldn't have come to this if they simply did their job. The game card machine DOESN'T GIVE CHANGE, I'm pretty upset because I tried to purchase a $5 game card for my son. I inserted a $20 bill into the machine and it kept the entire bill, which right now was extremely inconvenient because I am low on money and just wanted to do something nice for my kids before they go back to school. The only time it tells you that it doesn't give change is VERY discreetly and not very noticeable at, rather small letters on the screen and I even don't remember at what point they appear. The person working the front area acted like there was absolutely NOTHING he could do. after going back-and-forth about that, I finally decided to just go ahead and keep the card because basically, I was going to lose $20 either way. I recommend not paying with cash, I'm just used to using cash for the old-school coins that used to exist for CiCi's back when I was a kid. Will not be returning to this location because before, it was that the games never worked. We only come about once a year because it's just not as popular place anymore. We'll definitely be going to a different arcade buffet...

Very poor attention to detail. Cashier forgets to give my cup, no parmesan cheese, he gets it but instead of handing some to me, he throws it in the buffet line, no ice tea, none. Told them about it but no dice. Nobody ever came to fill up jugs, probably never was filled this day ever and it's a full house. 4 people in the back pounding out the food but nobody cleaning tables. This place blows. On a positive note, the pizza was made right. Waiting to see how long it takes for my pizza to go. Very poor management on the floor side. Ok on the baking side. The cicis down the road by fm1960 and Veterans memorial, North Oaks plaza way better. Only came here because it's closer.

Update on pizza to go. I'm sitting waiting and the 10 minute wait turns to 20. The manager even saw me waiting. When I asked the pizza guy why my order was not out yet after watching them take pizza out after pizza for the buffet line, he tells me it's up front waiting for me. What? This manager walked outside before I had a chance to give him a piece of my mind. His heart is out of it. Needs motivation, training...
