First off save yourself the trouble and drive the extra six miles to the Middletown location, you will think me later.
Today my daughter and I came into eat dinner at this location at 5:30 pm. It was a rainy day, so they didn't have any wait. We were seated in a both, which was nice and clean. The waiter was a younger male, and you could tell he was just starting out in the field, which isn't a big deal. So when my daughter went to the restroom to clean up I ordered her a strawberry lemonade and myself a bud light in the bottle. Five or so minutes later the server came back with her drink, and informed me that they are out of Budlight in bottles. No big deal and I asked him to get me a sweet tea. When he brought out the tea, which was extremely fast we placed an order for the appetizer sampler. He took the order and came back a few minutes later and said I'm sorry but we are out of cheese sticks. I chuckled and said well just substitute it for a pretzel and beer cheese, no problem. A few minutes late he came back and told me that the manager wouldn't let him substitute anything, and that I could purchase all three of the other apps separately. At this time O asked for the manager and explained to him the situation. He also told me in a rude tone that I can't sell what I don't have, I replied I understand please just substitute it and we will be good. He said no, so I told him just charge me for the lemonade and that we will go somewhere else. He said he wasn't going to charge for the lemonade, he muttered something under his breath and walked away. I said to him your just going to walk away, what kind of customer service is this! I stood up, threw five on the table and walked out. To the manager you need to respect your customers and make sure that your people know what your out of when they start their shift. You also need to realize that you got lucky tonight, that my daughter was also with me, because if she wasn't, I'm not sure I would of handled myself the same way. If I ever comeback to your poorly ran restaurant, I hope I don't see you again. I would hope that you get fired or demoted. Also pink doesn't look good...
Read moreOn Friday, April 2, 2020, I tried calling in to place a to go order for over 45 mins starting at 9:30 & NO one answered the phone ANY of the times I called (which was basically one call right after the other) & they don't even close until 11 pm. My boyfriend was sitting in the parking lot waiting so he could pick up the order & I finally told him at 10:15 to just go in & place the order & he said that he couldn't bc someone had just came to the door & locked it. I kept calling back & this time, I decided to check the store hours on the phone, well it says to check the website, which I had ALREADY done WHICH says they close AT 11 (ELEVEN) P.M. ON FRIDAYS!! SO you want to tell me WHY in the hell NO one was answering their phone from 9:30 ALL the way up to 10:30 & WHY in the hell they LOCKED their doors AT 10:15 P.M. ON FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 2020 when CLEARLY THEIR WEBSITE STATES THEY ARW OPEN & DO NOT CLOSE UNTIL 11 PM ON FRIDAY! THIS IS PISS POOR SERVICE!! I would like to know what in the hell their EXCUSE is for this piss poor service is & WHY, WHAT is their EXCUSE for closing 45 minutes BEFORE THEIR CLEARLY STATED CLOSING TIME ON THEIR WEBSITE & EXCUSE FOR NOT answering their phones for a WHOLE ENTIRE HOUR (9:30 P.M. - 10:30 P.M.) Read moreWe had a family of 7 that came in and we had to wait super long for table even though there was only two people dining with them. And then when we finally got seated it took a while to get somebody to come get our drink order 15 minutes later after the drink order was taken it took another 10 minutes to get the drinks I kid you not all the while she took forever just to get our order for food and then asked us if we wanted an appetizer which at that point we were starving so sure we're going to have an appetizer but then the appetizer and the food came all out at once. No drink refills were ever asked or given. Not even asked us if we wanted dessert after the meal was finished. But speaking of the meal I ordered BBQ ribs and asked for extra sauce but instead of extra sauce I got no sauce at all. And the kids had asked for mac n cheese but she forgot the food when saying something she said they were making it. When I asked for a manager no one came to our table. When I asked for bbq sauce she said there would be a charge. When I said why there wasnt any on the ribs in the first part she said it was their policy.
